S\u00f3n: el pernil salat i dels embotits curats (1), el formatge dur (2) i les fruites i vegetals (3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>El pernil salat i dels embotits curats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es normal i habitual que el pernil salat i els embotits curats treguin una mica de floridura, en aquest cas, se li ha de llevar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formatges durs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El formatge dur \u00e9s aquell que t\u00e9 poca humitat, com el formatge de Ma\u00f3, el mallorqu\u00ed, el manxec, el gouda, l&#8217;emmental o alguns de cabra. Si tenen alguna part florida s&#8217;ha de llevar amb un ganivet, amb un radi de 2 cent\u00edmetres, tant als costats com per davall de la zona afectada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fruites i verdures de polpa forta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als vegetals amb popa forta, com el pebre, la pastanaga, la safarn\u00e0ria o les cols, entre altres, se&#8217;ls ha de llevar la part que est\u00e0 florida amb un marge de seguretat de 2 cent\u00edmetres dels costats i del fons de la part afectada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tota la resta d&#8217;aliments que tenguin floridura s&#8217;han de llen\u00e7ar al fems\u00a0<\/strong>perqu\u00e8 poden tenir dos riscos importants per a la salut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La floridura o fong produir micotoxines, subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques capacess d&#8217;induir c\u00e0ncer i alteracions gen\u00e8tiques.<\/li>\n<li>A m\u00e9s dels fongs, hi poden cr\u00e9ixer bacteris pat\u00f2gens indetectables per l&#8217;ull hum\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La campanya per difondre aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha llan\u00e7at amb l&#8217;etiqueta #nocuela.\u00a0A part de les excepcions comentades, com a regla general no \u00e9s una bona idea llevar el boc\u00ed florit i menjar la resta de l&#8217;aliment.<\/p>\n<p>Els aliments que no es poden menjar si treuen floridura es poden agrupar en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiambres, salsitxes, embotits tendres com la botifarra o el botifarr\u00f3, la mortadela, la xulla, el bac\u00f3. Hi ha un alt risc que s&#8217;hi formin micotoxines per l&#8217;alt nivell d&#8217;humitat que tenen.<\/li>\n<li>Fruites i vegetals amb polpa fluixa o farinosa com les peres, les tom\u00e0tigues o les pomes. La caracter\u00edstica de la textura que tenen aquests aliments fa que els filaments gaireb\u00e9 indetectables del miceli dels fongs siguin bons de penetrar-hi<\/li>\n<li>Confitures i jalees: Encara que el sucre sigui un conservant natural, si una confitura t\u00e9 fongs o floridura, s&#8217;ha de llan\u00e7ar al fems.<\/li>\n<li>Formatges tendres, trossejats, en tallades, iogurts, mantega, entre altres, tenen molta de superf\u00edcie exposada a la contaminaci\u00f3 i el mateix ganivet amb qu\u00e8 es talla pot repartir els fongs per la resta de l&#8217;aliment.<\/li>\n<li>Formatges amb fongs Hi ha formatges florits com el formatge blau, el cabrales, el rocafort, el brie o el camembert, cal destriar-ne el fong bo del dolent.<\/li>\n<li>Pot produir micotoxines, subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques capa\u00e7os d&#8217;induir c\u00e0ncer i alteracions gen\u00e8tiques.<\/li>\n<li>Al costat dels fongs poden cr\u00e9ixer bacteris pat\u00f2gens indetectables per l&#8217;ull hum\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Pa i productes de pastisseria (industrial o no): Tots aquests aliments tenen forats on s&#8217;hi poden estendre els fongs.
