La idea \u00e9s de<strong>\u00a0Guillem Blasco<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e0 Barcel\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Alberto Camina<\/strong>, tres joves apassionats per la cervesa que han creat\u00a0<strong>Adalt Brewery<\/strong>, una f\u00e0brica de cervesa situada al carrer de l&#8217;Arxiduc Llu\u00eds Salvador, 40 de\u00a0<strong>Palma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El mes de desembre de 2019 es proposaren un repte, fer una cervesa amb ensa\u00efmada. Per aix\u00f2, v\u00e0ren rec\u00f3rrer al forner i pastisser\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Arbona<\/strong>, del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant\/fornet-de-la-soca\">Fornet de la Soca<\/a>, que els va aportar una\u00a0<strong>ensa\u00efmada d&#8217;albercoc i sobrassada de Porc Negre<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 els va donar una m\u00e0 el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Edu Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, cuiner de Brut Restaurant on elabora cervesa a trav\u00e9s del projecte\u00a0Monsieur Gordo,<\/p>\n<p>Barcel\u00f3 explica que per elaborar-la tamb\u00e9 han usat\u00a0<strong>sal d&#8217;es Trenc<\/strong>, i han seguit l&#8217;estil alemany gose, de manera que el resultat de la cervesa \u00e9s afruitat amb un toc salat. A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 hi han afegit lactovacillus, uns bacteris l\u00e0ctics que aporten cos i densitat a la cervesa.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>projecte va n\u00e9ixer l&#8217;any 2016<\/strong>, al barri de\u00a0<strong>la Soledat<\/strong>, en un espai que compartien amb artistes. Com que ocupaven el pis superior de l&#8217;edifici, situat just davant Can Ribes, la gent els coneixia com els d&#8217;adalt, nom que els ha servit per batiar la f\u00e0brica del carrer de l&#8217;Arxiduc Llu\u00eds Salvador, que inauguraren el passat mes d&#8217;octubre.<\/p>\n<p>El resultat l&#8217;han anomenat<strong>\u00a0Lassi Gose cervesa amb ensa\u00efmada<\/strong>. \u00c9s una beguda de 6,2 graus d&#8217;alcohol. Hi destaquen les aromes de fruita, especialment les d&#8217;albercoc, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un postgust de sobrassada, lleu i gens embafador.
