{"id":26472,"date":"2020-06-04T09:44:58","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T07:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=26472"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:14:49","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:14:49","slug":"la-denominacio-dorigen-pebre-bord-de-mallorca-comenca-a-ser-una-realitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/la-denominacio-dorigen-pebre-bord-de-mallorca-comenca-a-ser-una-realitat","title":{"rendered":"La denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Pebre Bord de Mallorca comen\u00e7a a ser una realitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Conselleria d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 del Govern de les Illes Balears ha publicat al Butllet\u00ed Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) la protecci\u00f3 nacional transit\u00f2ria per a la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Protegida (DOP) Pebre Bord Mallorca \/ Piment\u00f3n de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest fet implica que el pebre bord de la campanya actual, que compleixi amb els plecs de condicions, es podr\u00e0 comercialitzar per primera vegada amb el distintiu\u00a0<strong>DOP Pebre de Mallorca \/ Piment\u00f3n de Mallorca<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 suposa que nom\u00e9s els elaboradors de pebre bord podran usar el nom de \u2018Mallorca\u2019 si estan inscrits al cens d\u2019aquesta DOP.<\/p>\n<p>Les passes per crear aquesta denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen protegida varen comen\u00e7ar fa m\u00e9s de 5 anys, quan l\u2019<strong>Associaci\u00f3 pel Foment del Pebre de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Slowfood Illes Balears<\/strong>\u00a0es varen posar a treballar per recuperar i preservar el cultiu d&#8217;aquest pebre de\u00a0l\u2019esp\u00e8cie\u00a0<em>Capsicum Annumm L<\/em>., de la varietat aut\u00f2ctona<strong>\u00a0tap de quart\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Procediment<\/h4>\n<p>La protecci\u00f3 nacional transit\u00f2ria publicada al BOIB \u00e9s una facultat que atribueix la normativa comunit\u00e0ria que permet que, un cop finalitzada la tramitaci\u00f3 de l\u2019expedient en \u00e0mbit estatal, es pot protegir la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, la Uni\u00f3 Europea analitzar\u00e0 ara l\u2019expedient de la DOP que se li ha rem\u00e8s i el publicar\u00e0, despr\u00e9s, al\u00a0<em>Diari de la Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/em>, fet que obrir\u00e0 un termini de tres mesos durant el qual els estats membre de la UE poden presentar oposici\u00f3 a aquesta decisi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Els integrants de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 pel Foment del Pebre de Mallorca representen el 71% de la superf\u00edcie cultivada de pebre bord de Mallorca i m\u00e9s del 78% del total de la producci\u00f3, de fet, 3 dels 5 elaboradors pertanyen a aquesta entitat.<\/p>\n<p>El valor econ\u00f2mic total de la producci\u00f3 del Pebre Bord de Mallorca \/ Piment\u00f3n de Mallorca \u00e9s de fins a 375.000 euros anuals.
