L&#8217;acte s&#8217;ha celebrat el 9 de setembre i ha tengut com a protagonista la fam\u00edlia Febrer i, concretament a l&#8217;empresari<strong>\u00a0Bernat Febrer<\/strong>, creador d&#8217;aquest projecte.<\/p>\n<p>El celler va n\u00e9ixer l&#8217;any 2014 a\u00a0<strong>Porreres<\/strong>\u00a0com una afici\u00f3 de Bernat Febrer, fruit de l&#8217;amor que sent per la terra i la pagesia. De fet, el nom remet al color de la terra on tenen sembrada bona part de la vinya i que en total arriba a les 15 quarterades.<\/p>\n<p>Com que el projecte de fer vi va cr\u00e9ixer i, per aix\u00f2, les instal\u00b7lacions de Porreres varen quedar petites, varen cercar un nou espai, una intervenci\u00f3 que ha dirigit la filla de Bernat Febrer,\u00a0<strong>Maria Ant\u00f2nia<\/strong>, a partir del projecte ideat per l&#8217;en\u00f2leg Jaume Bergad\u00e0. Aix\u00ed, les noves instal\u00b7lacions del celler Blanca Terra a Montu\u00efri permeten oferir una experi\u00e8ncia completa, enfocada a l&#8217;<strong>enoturisme<\/strong>, amb museu, botiga i sala de degustaci\u00f3. De fet, el nou celler ocupa l&#8217;espai del que fa anys va ser el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant\/restaurant-can-tomeu-pollenci-montuiri\">Can Tomeu es Pollenc\u00ed<\/a>, un restaurant molt popular entre els amants del bufet.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, han adquirit tecnologia per elaborar vins sense sulfur\u00f3s, davant el fet que hi ha gent que presenta mol\u00e8sties pel sulfit present al vi. Tamb\u00e9 tenen vinificadors autom\u00e0tics,\u00a0que permeten\u00a0immergir el capell i simplificar l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del vi negre.<\/p>\n<p>El vi que elaboren est\u00e0 elaborat principalment per varietats com Merlot, Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay i Riesling, i a la vinya nova de Montu\u00efri hi apostaran per sembrar varietats aut\u00f2ctones de Mallorca; i el celler t\u00e9 la implicaci\u00f3 dels nets de Bernat Febrer:\u00a0<strong>Joan Sans\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Bernat Sans\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>festa d&#8217;inauguraci\u00f3 s&#8217;allargar\u00e0 els dies 11, 12 i 13 de setembre<\/strong>, amb una oferta que inclou<strong>\u00a0visita<\/strong>\u00a0al celler, al museu<strong>\u00a0i tast de tres vins per 10 euros<\/strong>.
