{"id":27878,"date":"2020-12-31T04:20:08","date_gmt":"2020-12-31T03:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=27878"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:15:28","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:15:28","slug":"sancionats-quatre-establiments-per-incompliments-molt-greus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/sancionats-quatre-establiments-per-incompliments-molt-greus","title":{"rendered":"Sancionats quatre establiments per incompliments molt greus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Govern de les Illes Balears ha informat que fins a dia 30 de desembre, s&#8217;han tancat 4 establiments a les Illes per incompliments molt greus: dos a Mallorca, un a Eivissa i un altre a Formentera.<\/p>\n<p>La clausura d&#8217;aquests negocis s\u00f3n fruit d&#8217;<strong>operatius\u00a0conjunts d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3<\/strong>,\u00a0 integrats per inspectors de la Comunitat Aut\u00f2noma, Policia Nacional, Gu\u00e0rdia Civil i Policia Local, que\u00a0<strong>s&#8217;han refor\u00e7at amb motiu de les festes nadalenques<\/strong>\u00a0per vigilar l&#8217;activitat a comer\u00e7os, centres comercials, establiments de restauraci\u00f3 i bars amb l&#8217;objectiu de garantir el compliment de la normativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s de 6.000 den\u00fancies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des de l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests operatius conjunts, s&#8217;han realitzat 1.119 inspeccions i s&#8217;han aixecat 821 actes per incompliments de la normativa. Per altra banda, des de l&#8217;entrada en vigor del decret llei sancionador el passat mes de juliol, s&#8217;han registrat 6.082 den\u00fancies (incloses les aixecades per altres administracions que han estat remeses a la Conselleria d&#8217;Administracions P\u00fabliques i Modernitzaci\u00f3), de les quals 5.402 corresponen a particulars i 680 a establiments.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix,<strong>\u00a0Isabel Castro<\/strong>, consellera d&#8217;Administracions P\u00fabliques, ha assenyalat que aix\u00ed com preveu el Decret llei 11\/2020 de 10 de juliol, pel qual s&#8217;estableix un r\u00e8gim sancionador espec\u00edfic per a fer front als incompliments de les disposicions dictades per a pal\u00b7liar els efectes de la crisi ocasionada per la covid-19, durant el nivell 4 d&#8217;alerta sanit\u00e0ria\u00a0<strong>les infraccions considerades lleus i greus podran passar a ser considerades com a greus i molt greus<\/strong>, arribant les possibles sancions des de 60.000 \u20ac fins a 600.000 \u20ac i a la possibilitat d&#8217;ordenar el tancament de l&#8217;establiment.<\/p>\n<pre>Fotografia:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/users\/webandi-1460261\/?utm_source=link-attribution&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=image&amp;utm_content=2969340\">Andreas Lischka<\/a>\u00a0a Pixabay<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Govern de les Illes Balears ha informat que fins a dia 30 de desembre, s&#8217;han&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":27879,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-27878","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
