Aquest projecte va revalortizar\u00a0i a\u00a0donar un impuls m\u00e9s gurmet a un producte tan\u00a0quotidi\u00e0 com la sal que s&#8217;extreu de la mar Mediterr\u00e0nia, a ses Salines.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ara torna a innovar amb un nou producte, Dos Alquemistas, que extreu l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;olivera a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;infusions i pols d&#8217;aquest arbre tan caracter\u00edstic de la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una altra vegada tornau a innovar amb un producte gastron\u00f2mic, \u00bfcom neix Dos Alquemistas?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La meva s\u00f2cia, Kate John, \u00e9s una fidel consumidora de l&#8217;extracte de la fulla d&#8217;olivera des fa anys, per refor\u00e7ar el seu sistema immunol\u00f2gic. Ella va tenir la idea d&#8217;aprofitar les fulles d&#8217;olivera quan va presenciar-ne una poda a la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es podria dir que transmitiu Mallorca en una tassa&#8230; En qu\u00e8 consisteixen aquestes infusions originals?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El protagonista de les nostres infusions i de la nostra pols \u00e9s la fulla d&#8217;olivera. Antigament, a Egipte era un remei que ho curava tot. L&#8217;anomenaven &#8216;poder celestial&#8217;. La recol\u00b7lectam durant l&#8217;\u00e8poca de poda a la finca ecol\u00f2gica de Son Moragues, a Valldemossa. Com que les fulles no s&#8217;usen per a res, all\u00f2 que feim \u00e9s recuperar un producte de rebuig i crear un\u00a0<em>upcycle\u00a0<\/em>(convertim un producte que ja no servei en un altre de valor major que l&#8217;original)<em>\u00a0<\/em>i afavorim una economia circular.<\/p>\n<p>Els altres ingredients de les infusions s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 conreats de forma ecol\u00f2gica a Mallorca. Per tant, \u00e9s un producte local, org\u00e0nic, sostenible i saludable. La nostra pretensi\u00f3 \u00e9s de poder transmetre al consumidor una connexi\u00f3 emocional envers la terra mentre beu les nostres infusions i la nostra pols.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e8 s&#8217;assembla a l&#8217;exit\u00f3s projecte Flor de Sal?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la reinterpretaci\u00f3 i revaloraci\u00f3\u00a0del producte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que agrada als que han tastat el vostre producte nou?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els agrada el seu gust i all\u00f2 que fa sentir. La fulla d&#8217;olivera, amb els seus dos fenols, l&#8217;oleurope\u00efna i l&#8217;hidroxitirosol, s\u00f3n molt beneficiosos per a la nostra salut: regulen la pressi\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia, redueixen sucre en la sang, el colesterol i les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cancer\u00edgenes.
