L&#8217;obertura, com ha avan\u00e7at el diari\u00a0<em>\u00daltima Hora<\/em>, es far\u00e0 amb l&#8217;aixecament\u00a0de les restriccions a bars i restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Des de fa gaireb\u00e9 tres anys, el local va acollir el tercer establiment de la cadena <strong>Es Rebost<\/strong>, un projecte creat per\u00a0<strong>Helmut Clemens<\/strong>\u00a0que actualitza i posa en valor el producte aut\u00f2cton i que arran de la pand\u00e8mia ha hagut de tancar les portes en aquest local tan emblem\u00e0tic de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Les persones que s&#8217;han decidit a tornar a obrir el Cristal \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Rub\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u00a0i els seus fills\u00a0<strong>Patr\u00edcia i Rub\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, que tamb\u00e9 gestionen la cafeteria i restaurant del\u00a0<strong>club militar Es Fort\u00ed<\/strong>.
