Aix\u00ed, el programa de televisi\u00f3, que es va emetre dimarts a vespre, ha servit per\u00a0<strong>promocionar Mallorca tur\u00edsticament<\/strong>. De fet, segons les dades d&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia, el programa va tenir gaireb\u00e9 1,6 millones de teleespectadors i un 15% de quota de pantalla.<\/p>\n<p>Els concursants varen haver de preparar una\u00a0<strong>coca de tremp\u00f3<\/strong>, un\u00a0<strong>carr\u00e9 de xot amb sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0i, de postres, una\u00a0<strong>poma de textures<\/strong>, que es va destinar al\u00a0<strong>menjador\u00a0<\/strong>de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 solid\u00e0ria\u00a0<strong>Zaqueo<\/strong>. Al programa tamb\u00e9 hi participaren els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Maca de Castro<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Santi Taura<\/strong>, que supervisaren els plats cuinats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D&#8217;entre els participants<\/strong>, n&#8217;hi havia un de Mallorca, que nom\u00a0<strong>Toni<\/strong>, de 34 anys, que es dedica a fer visites a turistes i els mostra la gastronomia local. Tamb\u00e9 va comentar que \u00e9s un apassionat del p\u00f2quer i que amb 20 anys va partir a Madrid per fer d&#8217;agent immobiliari.
