Els protagonistes seran\u00a0<strong>Simon Petutschnig<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Sergio Aymami<\/strong>, que prepararan un men\u00fa en el qual el mar en ser\u00e0 el protagonista.<\/p>\n<p>Tendr\u00e0 lloc el\u00a0<strong>dimecres, 26 de maig, a les 14 hores<\/strong>, a l&#8217;espai superior de Flanigan, a\u00a0<strong>Port Portals (Calvi\u00e0)<\/strong>. L&#8217;activitat gastron\u00f2mica est\u00e0 organitzada per Gastroevents Balears se centra en els quatre elements.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/jornades-gastronomiques-sobre-la-terra-a-flanigan\">La primera jornada, celebrada el mes de novembre passat<\/a>, va tenir la terra com a protagonista i la del mes de maig se centrar\u00e0 en el mar. M\u00e9s endavant s&#8217;organitzaran les que se centraran en el vent i el foc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joan Arnau<\/strong>, responsable de Gastroevents Balears, explica que \u00e9s una microactivitat, amb places limitades no sols per la covid-19, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 volen oferir una experi\u00e8ncia de qualitat i que els cuiners, forners o pastissers que hi participen es puguin concentrar-se en el producte al m\u00e0xim i, aix\u00ed, oferir una experi\u00e8ncia \u00fanica. Les inscripcions es poden fer al restaurant Flanigan (971 67 91 91) o a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials de Gastroevents Balears.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e0 un men\u00fa sorpresa que es dividir\u00e0 en 3 snacks, 2 entrants, 2 principals, 2 postres i els petit fours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon Petutschnig<br \/>\n<\/strong>El xef Simon Petutschnig va n\u00e9ixer a \u00c0ustria el 1978. Des del novembre de 2017 \u00e9s el responsable del<strong>\u00a0restaurant Fera de Palma<\/strong>, que s&#8217;ha convertit en un referent de l&#8217;alta cuina a la capital balear. Abans va passar pels fogons de l&#8217;hotel Sant Francesc, tamb\u00e9 ha estat xef executiu i soci de Carinthian de la vila de Eberstein (\u00c0ustria). A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, ha treballat amb diversos xefs amb estrella Michelin com\u00a0 Paco P\u00e9rez, al restaurant Miramar, i amb Jordi Vil\u00e0, al restaurant Alk\u00edmia. El seu estil culinari destaca per fusionar la calor i la passi\u00f3 de la Mediterr\u00e0nia amb l&#8217;\u00e0nima d&#8217;\u00c0sia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sergio Aymami<br \/>\n<\/strong>El forner Sergio Aymami \u00e9s franc\u00e8s. Va aprendre la gastronomia a Borgonya, i va treballar principalment com a pastisser a diferents restaurants gastron\u00f2mics i hotels de luxe a la Costa Blava, Gal\u00b7les, Anglaterra i Barcelona, on tamb\u00e9 va tenir l&#8217;ocasi\u00f3 d&#8217;endinsar-se al m\u00f3n de la fleca i brioixeria, i en va perfeccionar la seva t\u00e8cnica. Quan es va instal\u00b7lar\u00a0a Madrid, amb Fernando Perez Arellano, tamb\u00e9 va fer de pastisser i despr\u00e9s com a segon de cuina, moment en el qual, el restaurant rep la seva primera estrella Michelin .Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un temps per Fran\u00e7a, va tornar a Mallorca per continuar fent feina amb Arellano.
