Dia 29 de maig, els germans\u00a0<strong>Bernat i Pere Calafat<\/strong>\u00a0varen presentar el treball del\u00a0<strong>matem\u00e0tic Josep Llu\u00eds Pol<\/strong>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/De-40-en-40.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>De 40 en 40<\/em><\/a>, un llibre en el qual exposa 40 reflexions sobre la xifra 40. De fet, Pol ja va crear l&#8217;any 2018 un mon\u00f2leg sobre la quadratura del cercle de Ramon Llull. En aquest nou treball, hi posa en relleu un dels nombres m\u00e9s importants de la nostra cultura, des d&#8217;\u00e0mbits com l&#8217;etnografia, la ci\u00e8ncia, la llengua, la hist\u00f2ria, el paisatge, les matem\u00e0tiques, les vinyes i el vi.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la cita, duta a terme al celler, tamb\u00e9 es va presentar el quadrat m\u00e0gic elaborat pel ceramista\u00a0<strong>Ramon Canyelles<\/strong>, que s&#8217;ha penjat a la fa\u00e7ana de l&#8217;establiment.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, s&#8217;hi va presentar l&#8217;anyada 2020 del rosat Amicamat, un monovarietal de Mantonegro. Aqu\u00ed en teniu la nota de tast: &#8220;Molt suau de color rosa p\u00e0l\u00b7lid amb reflexos vermellosos de posta de sol, molt brillant, potent i bals\u00e0mic. Aromes florals, gessam\u00ed i rosa, en boca es subtil, agradable, untu\u00f3s i lleugerement sec, amb regust de `prunes i albercocs verds.
