{"id":29559,"date":"2021-08-05T09:10:20","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T07:10:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=29559"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:16:00","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:16:00","slug":"els-aliments-fets-amb-garrova-de-la-unio-europea-no-estan-contaminats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/els-aliments-fets-amb-garrova-de-la-unio-europea-no-estan-contaminats","title":{"rendered":"Els aliments fets amb garrova de la Uni\u00f3 Europea no estan contaminats"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Producci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria Ecol\u00f2gica de Mallorca (APAEMA) ha fet un comunicat en qu\u00e8 apunten que\u00a0<strong>la goma de garrov\u00ed (E410) produ\u00efda a la Uni\u00f3 Europea no est\u00e0 contaminada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;aclariment s&#8217;ha fet arran de l\u2019alerta sanit\u00e0ria emesa fa alguns dies l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Estatal de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria i Nutrici\u00f3 (AESAN) sobre la<strong>\u00a0detecci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00f2xid d\u2019etil\u00e8 en goma de garrov\u00ed importada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Expliquen que l<strong>\u2019\u00f2xid d\u2019etil\u00e8 \u00e9s un esterilitzant que est\u00e0 prohibit a la Uni\u00f3 Europea des dels anys 90\u00a0<\/strong>pels seus efectes perjudicials damunt la salut i el medi ambient. De fet, \u00e9s una\u00a0<strong>subst\u00e0ncia carcin\u00f2gena i mutag\u00e8nica, t\u00f2xica per a la reproducci\u00f3, que afecta al sistema nervi\u00f3s central i perif\u00e8ric<\/strong>, etc. L\u2019\u00f2xid d\u2019etil\u00e8 s\u2019utilitza a tercers pa\u00efsos com a plaguicida en l\u2019emmagatzematge de productes alimentaris, en pa\u00efsos del Sud Global i tamb\u00e9 en pa\u00efsos rics com els Estats Units.<\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;APAEMA remarquen que l\u2019alerta de l\u2019AESAN ha suposat la retirada del mercat de partides de gelats i postres de marques conegudes, que havien fet \u00fas de partides de\u00a0<strong>goma de garrov\u00ed contaminades amb restes d\u2019\u00f2xid d\u2019etil\u00e8, provinents de fora de la Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que alguns mitjans han tergiversat la informaci\u00f3 donant a entendre que el perill radicava en la goma de garrov\u00ed en si mateixa, l\u2019AESAN deixa clar en els seus comunicats que no \u00e9s aix\u00ed: la goma de garrov\u00ed \u00e9s segura, est\u00e0 perfectament autoritzada a Europa i compleix amb tota la normativa pertinent.\u00a0<strong>El perill ve per part de l\u2019\u00f2xid d\u2019etil\u00e8 emprat a tercers pa\u00efsos com a esterilitzant de magatzems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;APAEMA tamb\u00e9 fan<strong>\u00a0tres reflexions<\/strong>\u00a0arran d&#8217;aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Consumir aliments locals<\/strong>no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una forma de donar suport al sector agrari local i de reduir la petjada ecol\u00f2gica del nostre estil de vida, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una garantia sanit\u00e0ria, ja que a la UE disposa d\u2019una normativa que sol ser m\u00e9s estricte que a altres regions del m\u00f3n.
