La direcci\u00f3 general de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria ha organitzat l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a la fira, sota el lema &#8216;Quatre illes per assaborir&#8217;, que comptar\u00e0 amb m\u00e9s de 30 entitats representades, entre administracions, tots els consells reguladors, marques de qualitat i aliments tradicionals, i empreses. Segons la directora general, Paula Valero, l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s \u00abmostrar els productes agroalimentaris de cada una de les illes, aix\u00ed com la diversitat i la riquesa gastron\u00f2mica que les caracteritzen\u00bb. \u00abTenim productes de les Balears que s\u00f3n molt preuats i coneguts fora de les illes, i d&#8217;altres que no ho s\u00f3n tant, i tamb\u00e9 volem donar-los a con\u00e8ixer\u00bb, ha explicat.<\/p>\n<p>Juntament amb l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners i Cuineres Afincats a les Illes Balears (ASCAIB) i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Balear de Sommeliers (ABS) s&#8217;han organitzat un seguit d&#8217;activitats que tindran lloc a l&#8217;estand de la conselleria (pavell\u00f3 4, estand 4H34). Consistiran en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de plats representatius de cada una de les illes, a c\u00e0rrec de cuiners i cuineres de Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera. De cada un dels plats que es cuinin, 12 en total, es donaran a tastar 50 racions. A la vegada, els sommeliers faran tasts de vins i begudes espirituoses de les Balears.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera Mae de la Concha assistir\u00e0 a la inauguraci\u00f3 de la fira el pr\u00f2xim 18 d&#8217;octubre. El pr\u00f2xim 20 d&#8217;octubre, a las 16.45 h, tamb\u00e9 presentar\u00e0 una taula rodona que duu per nom &#8216;4 illes per assaborir&#8217; amb els seus maridatges. Es far\u00e0 a l&#8217;espai &#8216;Show Cooking Gourmet&#8217;, situat al pavell\u00f3 4 A50, i consistir\u00e0 a cercar el maridatge idoni per a cada un dels plats que els cuiners i cuineres han elaborat durant els dies de la fira a l&#8217;estand de la conselleria.
