{"id":30314,"date":"2021-12-16T10:16:22","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T09:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=30314"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:16:17","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:16:17","slug":"loli-de-mallorca-es-reivindica-com-a-regal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/loli-de-mallorca-es-reivindica-com-a-regal","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Oli de Mallorca es reivindica com a regal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els elaboradors de la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen Oli de Mallorca va presentar dilluns l&#8217;oli novell de la campanya 2021, al Casal Solleric de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Joan Mayol,\u00a0president de la DO Oli de Mallorca, ha remarcat que darrera cada botella hi ha\u00a0<strong>els olivicultors, els treballadors, t\u00e8cnics&#8230; No solament hi ha oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, tamb\u00e9 hi ha esfor\u00e7, hi ha il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, hi ha vida.<\/strong>\u00a0Per aix\u00f2, en moments com ara les festes, els oliers estam ben satisfets de posar a l\u2019abast dels nostres conciutadans el nostre oli novell, que no hauria de faltar a cap casa per trempar i cuinar.\u00a0<strong>Una botella d\u2019Oli de Mallorca \u00e9s un gran regal<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 no es buida en un dia, i mantindr\u00e0 present la mem\u00f2ria del qui l\u2019ha ofert durant moltes menjades:\u00a0<strong>amb una ampolla es poden fer ben b\u00e9 50 pa amb olis.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Descens de la producci\u00f3<br \/>\n<\/strong>D&#8217;altra banda, Mayol ha apuntat que\u00a0&#8220;aquesta campanya 2021 finalment no ha resultat tan bona com s\u2019esperava ja que no es pot dir blat fins que \u00e9s al sac (ni oli\u00a0 fins que no \u00e9s a l\u2019alf\u00e0bia): les ventades del mes d&#8217;octubre, una explosi\u00f3 demogr\u00e0fica de mosca i unes pluges\u00a0 tan esperades com inoportunes, varen tomar una part considerable de la collita, i ha redu\u00eft un 15% \u00a0la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;oli si la comparam amb la de 2020. Aix\u00ed han entrat a les tafones 3,7 milions de quilos d\u2019oliva dels que s\u2019han extret 574.000 litres d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Les vendes d\u2019Oli de Mallorca representen un 2% del consum total d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva a les Illes Balears, per aix\u00f2 remarca la necessitat d\u2019informar millor, educar i crear m\u00e9s sinergies i complicitats amb el comer\u00e7 i la restauraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva part, Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez, director general d\u2019Agricultura del Govern Balear, ha recordat \u201cque la celebraci\u00f3 d\u2019una nova anyada ha de servir per recordar l\u2019esfor\u00e7 dels productors i elaboradors per mantenir activitats com \u00e9s la producci\u00f3 l\u2019oliera en situacions molt complicades permetent que a les nostres taules arribi oli d\u2019oliva verge extra de qualitat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Quant al director insular de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Desenvolupament Local, Joan Font, ha posat en valor el paper dels productors en la conservaci\u00f3 d\u2019entorns com el de la Serra de Tramuntana, coincidint amb el regidor de Medi Ambient i Benestar Animal, Ram\u00f3n Perpiny\u00e0 en la import\u00e0ncia del consum del producte local per potenciar l&#8217;economia local i recuperar l\u2019activitat agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n<p>Per finalitzar la presentaci\u00f3, el pati del Casal Solleric ha acollit el tast dels diferents olis d\u2019oliva verge extra sota el segell de qualitat a on els assistents han pogut comprovar que aquesta anyada 2021 ha resultat excel\u00b7lent amb olis d\u2019oliva molt afruitats, d\u2019aroma i gust elegant que els oliers presenten en monovarietal o en cupatge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els elaboradors de la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen Oli de Mallorca va presentar dilluns l&#8217;oli novell de la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":30315,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-30314","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
