El gran guanyador de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 2021 ha estat per al restaurant Voro d&#8217;\u00c0lvaro Salazar. El xef andal\u00fas ha estat guardonat amb la segona estrella gr\u00e0cies a la proposta culin\u00e0ria que elabora a l&#8217;hotel Cap Vermell de Canyamel (Capdepera).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ha estat protagonista el cuiner Fernando P. Arellano que ha recuperat una de les dues estrelles que va aconseguir amb el restaurant Zaranda, un establiment que va reobrir\u00a0a Palma aquest estiu, concretament a l&#8217;hotel Es Pr\u00edncep.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>nota negativa\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s que Es Rac\u00f3 des Teix, de Josef Sauerschell, ha perdut l&#8217;estel que lluia\u00a0des de fa vint anys.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a Maca de Castro, situat al Port d&#8217;Alc\u00fadia, enguany ha estat premiada amb una estrella Verda, una distinci\u00f3 que valora la sostenibilitat del restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Eivissa tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 dues estrelles Michelin.
