El motiu \u00e9s que els\u00a0<strong>alumnes\u00a0<\/strong>de segon curs del\u00a0<strong>cicle formatiu de grau superior en Vitivinicultura de l\u2019IES Felanitx<\/strong>\u00a0han presentat dos vins\u00a0de l&#8217;anyada 2019, per als quals hi han participat alumnes de diverses promocions d&#8217;estudiants.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de la segona vegada que els estudiants d&#8217;aquest grau superior n&#8217;elaboren. De fet, la l\u00ednia continua amb el segell amb el qual es varen batiar els primers:\u00a0<strong>Vins s\u2019Institut<\/strong>. Els vins que acaben de presentar s\u00f3n un vi blanc que han anomenat T\u00f2fol Colom, i un vi negre que es diu Maria Enganxa.<\/p>\n<p>Cal remarcar que\u00a0s\u2019han elaborat per part dels alumnes d\u2019aquesta promoci\u00f3, els quals\u00a0<strong>han posat en pr\u00e0ctica tots aquells coneixements rebuts durant els dos cursos que dura aquesta formaci\u00f3 professional<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>El celler Armero i Adrover Viticultors ha contribu\u00eft en aquest proc\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de la cessi\u00f3 d\u2019algunes instal\u00b7lacions i l\u2019assessorament t\u00e8cnic durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El<strong>\u00a0vi T\u00f2fol Colom<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s un blanc monovarietal de Premsal Blanc, anyada 2019. Aquest vi, fermentat en alf\u00e0bia de fang i en dip\u00f2sit\u00a0d\u2019acer\u00a0inoxidable, ha passat un per\u00edode de dotze mesos de crian\u00e7a en bota de roure franc\u00e8s. Aquest vi expressa l\u2019esperit aventurer del personatge que li dona nom (ja ho saben: T\u00f2fol Colom, de Felanitx a Washington), ens portar\u00e0 a un viatge de sensacions gr\u00e0cies a la complexitat arom\u00e0tica i la sumptuositat en boca.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>vi Maria Enganxa<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el resultat del cupatge de les varietats Manto Negre, Callet i Tannat, de l\u2019anyada 2019. El vi fou fermentat en dip\u00f2sit d\u2019acer inoxidable, per passar, posteriorment, per un per\u00edode de dotze mesos de crian\u00e7a en bota de roure franc\u00e8s. Maria Enganxa, tal com fa aquest personatge tan nostrat i misteri\u00f3s, ens vol atrapar amb la seva pot\u00e8ncia i la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019aromes peculiars (fum, brioixeria i notes bals\u00e0miques entre d&#8217;altres).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es tracta de la segona vegada que els estudiants d&#8217;aquest grau superior n&#8217;elaboren.
