La\u00a0<strong>coca de garrova i taronja<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong>pastisser Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e0 el nou\u00a0<strong>Tianet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed ho han triat els palmesans i les palmesanes\u00a0<strong>per votaci\u00f3 popular<\/strong>\u00a0(1.082 persones votaren a trav\u00e9s del web\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tufaspalma.cat\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">tufaspalma.cat<\/a>)\u00a0<strong>i, tamb\u00e9, pel jurat especialitzat\u00a0<\/strong>(format per Pep Magraner, de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears; Miquel \u00c0ngel Torrens, de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de la Petita Ind\u00fastria de la Fleca i la Pastisseria; un representant de l&#8217;Obreria de Sant Sebasti\u00e0, i el batle de Palma, Jose Hila, en representaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament). D&#8217;aquesta manera, aquest dol\u00e7 es convertir\u00e0 en el past\u00eds de les festes del patr\u00f3 de Ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>objectiu d&#8217;aquest concurs organitzat per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s que la ciutadania arribi a consumir de manera habitual el Tianet, com ja succeeix a altres municipis, amb l&#8217;espinagada, els bunyols o les coques de Sant Joan.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu,<strong>\u00a0la recepta es publicar\u00e0 al programa de festes dels anys vinents<\/strong>, juntament amb el nom del creador i el de l&#8217;establiment guanyador.<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que tots els establiments que han participat al concurs han destacat l&#8217;alta participaci\u00f3 de la ciutadania. De fet,\u00a0<strong>els forns i obradors han venut entre 50 i 80 pastissos diaris entre setmana i entre 150 i 200 diaris els caps de setmana, tot un \u00e8xit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El regidor de Participaci\u00f3 Ciutadana i Govern Interior, <strong>Alberto Jarabo<\/strong>, ha agra\u00eft als forns i pastissers la seva participaci\u00f3 en el concurs. &#8220;Ha estat una iniciativa que ha tingut un ress\u00f2 impressionant. Vull fer un agra\u00efment a tots els forns que hi han participat i el past\u00eds guanyador a partir d&#8217;ara ser\u00e0 un nou s\u00edmbol i una nova tradici\u00f3 per les festes de la nostra ciutat&#8221;, ha dit, i ha explicat que la intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta iniciativa &#8220;\u00e9s fer arrelar m\u00e9s la festa amb un nou s\u00edmbol que a m\u00e9s implica un nou vincle amb tota la gent que hi pot participar i la iniciativa institucional; va vinculat al menjar i a la festa i a m\u00e9s el producte local hi \u00e9s present i \u00e9s de temporada&#8221;, ha dit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, per la seva part, ha agra\u00eft aquesta iniciativa i ha explicat que la idea de Tianet s&#8217;inspir\u00e0 en un past\u00eds per a poder fer a casa, entrar al receptari popular. &#8220;Est\u00e0 inspirat en la coca de patata i hem fet una crema de garrova amb pralin\u00e9 d&#8217;ametla mallorquina i suc de taronja per a crear un nou past\u00eds original que formi part del receptari casol\u00e0&#8221;, ha dit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pep Magraner<\/strong>, per la seva banda, com a portaveu del Jurat, ha explicat que aquesta \u00e9s una iniciativa que vincula a un lloc com Palma un past\u00eds amb la festa popular i ha dit que s&#8217;involucrar\u00e0 els pastissers perqu\u00e8 el promoguin durant les festes de Sant Sebasti\u00e0. &#8220;Hem triat aquesta proposta perqu\u00e8 empra ingredients locals i crea un producte que destaca pel gust, per les textures i pels productes&#8221;, ha remarcat.<\/p>\n<p>En total, hi varen participar sis forns i obradors.
