Aquestes dues fruites s\u00f3n riques en enzims digestius, com la papa\u00efna i la bromelina, les quals ajuden a digerir el menjar i evitar la inflor de l&#8217;est\u00f3mac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gingebre<\/strong>. Contribueix que la digesti\u00f3 sigui m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida i f\u00e0cil. El pots prendre en un te abans de dormir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esp\u00e0rrecs<\/strong>. T\u00e9 molts d&#8217;antioxidants i fibres, de manera que ajuden a millorar la digesti\u00f3.
