La cita tendr\u00e0 lloc a l&#8217;<strong>Hotel Protur Biomar Gran Hotel i Spa de sa Coma<\/strong>\u00a0(Sant Lloren\u00e7 des Cardassar) i hi competiran 18 estudiants de quinze escoles provinents de tretze ciutats de tot l&#8217;Estat espanyol, inclosos vuit representants de Balears, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una fase pr\u00e8via amb gaireb\u00e9 300 participants.<\/p>\n<p>El xef Tomeu Caldentey, president del jurat, acompanyat del conductor del certamen, el tamb\u00e9 cuiner Koldo Royo, varen presentar aquest esdeveniment el dijous 10 de mar\u00e7,\u00a0 a l&#8217;Hotel Protur Naisa de Palma.
