{"id":5059,"date":"2012-11-06T16:04:03","date_gmt":"2012-11-06T16:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=5059"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:03:10","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:03:10","slug":"sopars-de-cine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/sopars-de-cine","title":{"rendered":"Sopars de cine"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Associaci\u00f3 d\u2019Amics del Museu de Mallorca i l\u2019Obra Social de Sa Nostra organitzen, a partir del mes de novembre, el cicle <strong>Sopars de cine<\/strong>, una proposta en qu\u00e8 la projecci\u00f3 de pel\u00b7l\u00edcules destacades per la seva connotaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica es complementa amb el sopar posterior.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cicle, que tindr\u00e0 <strong>periodicitat mensual<\/strong>, s&#8217;inicia amb la projecci\u00f3 del film <em>El fest\u00edn de Babette<\/em> (1987), de Gabriel Axel. El men\u00fa del sopar consistir\u00e0 en: sopa de marisc (en lloc de la sopa de tortuga, que \u00e9s una esp\u00e8cie protegida); <em>blinis <\/em>Demidoff, gu\u00e0tleres en sarc\u00f2fag, formatges francesos en maridatge amb diversos vins, fruita<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La proposta \u00e9s <strong>tot un plaer pels sentits<\/strong>, at\u00e8s que despr\u00e9s de gaudir del cinema amb la vista i l\u2019o\u00efda, els assistents exercitaran el gust i el tacte i l\u2019olfacte amb els menjars inspirats en cada pel\u00b7l\u00edcula i se sentiran m\u00e9s part\u00edcips del film contemplat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Programaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Divendres 9 de novembre<\/strong>: <em>El fest\u00edn de Babette<\/em> (1987), de Gabriel Axel (Dinamarca)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">Sopar: Sopa de marisc (en lloc de la sopa de tortuga, que \u00e9s una esp\u00e8cie protegida); <em>blinis<\/em> Demidoff, gu\u00e0tleres en sarc\u00f2fag, formatges francesos en maridatge amb diversos vins, fruita<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Divendres 14 de desembre<\/strong>: <em>La quimera del oro<\/em> (1925), de Charles Chaplin (EEUU)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">Sopar: Ball de panets farcits, cordons de bota, claus de bota per xuclar (aletes de pollastre, de fet).
