Parlam amb ella de les seves passions i, tamb\u00e9 del seu blog <a title=\"La Capsetadelsmeustresors\" href=\"http:\/\/lacapsetadelsmeustresors.blogspot.com.es\/\">La capseta dels meus tresors<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cuinar \u00e9s passi\u00f3 o dedicaci\u00f3?<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7530 alignright\" style=\"margin: 8px;\" title=\"Sandra\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Sandra-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"187\" \/><br \/>\nDoncs una mica de les dues coses, a mesura que hi vas dedicant temps i veus que els resultats s\u00f3n satisfactoris i que agrada el que fas, et va sorgint una mena de passi\u00f3 i moltes ganes d&#8217;aprendre i d&#8217;experimentar en noves receptes i idees que van sorgint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dol\u00e7 o salat?<\/strong><br \/>\nIndiscutiblement, per cuinar, dol\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quin ingredient \u00e9s imprescindible per a la teva cuina?<\/strong><br \/>\nCrec que t&#8217;hauria de dir els ous. Moltes vegades quan vaig a fer una recepta em trobo que just en aquell moment li posaria algun ingredient que no tinc, per\u00f2 sempre el puc substituir per algun altre de similar, en canvi el ous , no m&#8217;agrada quedar-me&#8217;n sense.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quin consell donaries a alg\u00fa que encara no s&#8217;ha atrevit a cuinar?<\/strong><br \/>\nQue es cregui que la recepta que faci li sortir\u00e0 perfecte, i que hi posi moltes ganes i estimaci\u00f3 alhora de fer-la.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Si haguessis de fer un plat per enamorar, qu\u00e8 proposaries?<\/strong><br \/>\nUix&#8230; primer de tot investigaria molt sobre la persona que vull enlluernar (gustos, aficions, passions&#8230;) i a partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed pensaria i pensaria (poden passar bastants dies). De fet, sempre que he de fer una recepta hi penso molt. Per exemple, l&#8217;altre dia vaig portar unes postres a una cal\u00e7otada i hi vaig fer mil i un tombs perqu\u00e8 havia de ser una recepta preparada el dia abans (al mateix dia no tenia temps per dedicar-m\u2019hi), havia de sers f\u00e0cil de transportar ja que ten\u00edem una bona tirada amb cotxe (i per experi\u00e8ncia l&#8217;\u00faltima vegada el past\u00eds no va arribar en molt bones condicions), havia de ser original i diferent, i evidentment que havia de ser bo (o sigui que ja l&#8217;havia d&#8217;haver fet alguna altra vegada per tenir la certesa que agrada). Resumint, faria unes postres pensades i elaborades de manera adient per la persona o circumst\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 comen\u00e7ares a escriure el blog?<\/strong><br \/>\nPer curiositat vaig mirar si crear un blog era molt complicat perqu\u00e8 tenia les receptes que feia en una carpeta i cada vegada que alg\u00fa me&#8217;n demanava alguna, m&#8217;adonava que hi faltava algun pas o ingredient. Arran d&#8217;aix\u00f2, vaig pensar que tenir un blog seria una bona manrea de tenir les receptes ordenades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Primer era un blog restringit, no?<br \/>\n<\/strong>S\u00ed, per\u00f2 vaig comentar als meus amics que tenia un blog i com que els feia ganes veure&#8217;l, vaig pensar que una bona opci\u00f3 era mostrar tot el que feia a tothom que ho vulgu\u00e9s veure.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quin cuiner admires?<\/strong><br \/>\nTots els de casa nostra, que evidentment s\u00f3n els millors del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quin \u00e9s el darrer repte que t&#8217;has proposat?<\/strong><br \/>\nFa un dies em vaig trobar un comentari al blog a on em proposaven un repte, fer un past\u00eds de formatge. Em va semblar genial, i per aix\u00f2 fa diversos dies que hi faig voltes, per\u00f2 ara ja se m\u2019ha enc\u00e8s la llum i ho tinc clar\u00edssim, en breu ho veureu publicat el meu
