Aquesta primera edici\u00f3 se celebra 12 anys despr\u00e9s de declarar la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia com a Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial de la Humanitat.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica social que recull els coneixements, tradicions i formes d\u2019alimentar-se que ajuden a conformar la cultura i el paisatge dels pa\u00efsos de la conca mediterr\u00e0nia. Els seus ingredients principals s\u00f3n l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, els cereals, les fruites i verdures i en menor mesura la carn, el peix, els productes lactis, les esp\u00e8cies i el vi.<\/p>\n<p>El pa amb oli es podria considerar un dels plats que millor representen la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia, no nom\u00e9s per la gran varietat d\u2019ingredients que el composen i per l\u2019arrelament que ja t\u00e9 a la nostra cultura, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per la seva senzillesa i adaptabilitat als estils de vida actuals. Amb l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest concurs volem posar en valor el pa amb oli com a element essencial de la Cuina Mediterr\u00e0nia i a fomentar el consum dels productes tradicionals i de proximitat de les empreses de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p>Per participar a la primera fase del concurs (en l\u00ednia) \u00e9s molt senzill: nom\u00e9s cal publicar una \u00fanica fotografia d&#8217;un pa amb oli a Instagram amb l&#8217;etiqueta #<em>paambolirossello<\/em>. A la fotografia hi hauran d&#8217;apar\u00e8ixer alguns dels productes de les marques Rossell\u00f3, Olis Balle o Son Mesquidassa. Les 15 millors passaran a la segona fase del concurs (elaboraci\u00f3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bases per participar-hi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El concurs \u00e9s gratu\u00eft i obert a tothom que hi vulgui participar, ja sigui de les Illes Balears o de la pen\u00ednsula. L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 es far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec de les despeses d\u2019avi\u00f3 i allotjament de les persones que provinguin de la resta de les Illes Balears i pen\u00ednsula.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs es dur\u00e0 a terme en dues fases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Concurs fotogr\u00e0fic en l\u00ednia\u00a0<\/strong>(1): mitjan\u00e7ant la publicaci\u00f3 de fotos a Instagram, on els participants hauran d\u2019etiquetar una foto d\u2019un pa amb oli elaborat amb algun tipus de producte de les marques Rossell\u00f3, Olis Balle o Son Mesquidassa. A la foto haur\u00e0 d\u2019apar\u00e8ixer algun env\u00e0s de les marques citades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concurs d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pa amb oli<\/strong>(2): els responsables de les 15 millors fotografies seran convidats a elaborar un pa amb oli a la tafona i olivar de Son Mesquidassa a Felanitx. Concurs fotogr\u00e0fic Per al concurs fotogr\u00e0fic s\u2019ha de publicar una \u00fanica fotografia a Instagram amb el hashtag #paambolirossello i seguir el perfil d\u2019instagram olives.rossello on s\u2019aniran publicant les novetats del concurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>termini per publicar fotografies acabar\u00e0 el diumenge 15 de maig de 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un jurat format per personal t\u00e8cnic de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 seleccionar\u00e0 les 15 millors fotografies del concurs fotogr\u00e0fic que podran assistir al concurs d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pa amb oli a Son Mesquidassa. Els 15 finalistes seleccionats seran contactats per missatge privat a trav\u00e9s d\u2019Instagram per tal que facilitin almanco un tel\u00e8fon de contacte.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs es dur\u00e0 a terme a la tafona i olivar de Son Mesquidassa el dissabte 18 de juny de 2022 a les 9:00 h.<\/p>\n<p>Per elaborar el pa amb oli els concursant disposaran d\u2019un sortit de productes Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa, pa de diferents tipus, embotits i formatges. No obstant aix\u00f2, cada participant podr\u00e0 aportar material complementari.<\/p>\n<p>Els concursants han d\u2019assistir amb una camisa o camiseta blanca al concurs i rebran un davantal de tall professional gravat de forma especial per al concurs.<\/p>\n<p>Els concursants disposaran de mitja hora per elaborar el seu pa amb oli i presentar-lo al jurat que estar\u00e0 conformat per les seg\u00fcents autoritats en la mat\u00e8ria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tomeu Penya<\/strong>: cantautor i expert consumidor de pa amb oli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pep Socies<\/strong>: cuiner professional carism\u00e0tic i comprom\u00e8s amb el pa amb oli.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joan Ramis<\/strong>: gerent i mestre olier de Conservas Rossell\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Juan Alcaide<\/strong>: mestre tafoner i responsable de Son Mesquidassa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Premis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El jurat valorar\u00e0 diversos aspectes relacionats amb la qualitat i la presentaci\u00f3 del pa amb oli i emetr\u00e0 el seu dictamen inapel\u00b7lable que acabar\u00e0 amb l\u2019entrega dels seg\u00fcents premis:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Primer premi<\/strong>: 2 nits per a dues persones a l\u2019Hotel Eden de S\u00f3ller**** i un lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa valorat en 200 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Segon premi<\/strong>: 2 nits per a dues persones a l\u2019Hotel Eden Nord de S\u00f3ller*** i un lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa valorat en 100 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tercer premi<\/strong>: 1 nit per a dues persones a l\u2019Hotel Eden de S\u00f3ller**** i un lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa valorat en 50 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quart premi<\/strong>: 1 nit per a dues persones a l\u2019Hotel Eden Nord de S\u00f3ller*** i un lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa valorat en 50 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cinqu\u00e8 premi<\/strong>: lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa valorat en 50 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tots els participants al concurs d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pa amb oli rebran un lot de producte Rossell\u00f3, Balle i Son Mesquidassa<\/p>\n<p>Tot el material fotogr\u00e0fic relacionat amb el concurs quedar\u00e0 a disposici\u00f3 de l\u2019empresa organitzadora i podr\u00e0 ser publicat a les xarxes socials.
