{"id":75839,"date":"2022-05-11T13:47:12","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T11:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=75839"},"modified":"2022-05-11T13:47:12","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T11:47:12","slug":"una-vintena-de-cellers-de-mallorca-participen-a-fenavin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/una-vintena-de-cellers-de-mallorca-participen-a-fenavin","title":{"rendered":"Una vintena de cellers de Mallorca participen a FENAVIN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un total de\u00a0<strong>17 cellers\u00a0<\/strong>de les denominacions d&#8217;origen\u00a0<strong>Pla i Llevant<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Binissalem<\/strong>, com tamb\u00e9 de la indicaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica protegida\u00a0<strong>Mallorca\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00f3n presents a\u00a0<strong>FENAVIN\u00a0<\/strong>(Fira Nacional del Vi), que se celebra aquesta setmana a Ciudad Real. Es tracta d&#8217;un dels esdeveniments m\u00e9s importants de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu dels cellers \u00e9s incrementar les vendes\u00a0en territori espanyol.\u00a0Per aix\u00f2, comparteixen un estand propi amb devers 150 vins.\u00a0 De fet, els vins de les Balears cerquen a FENAVIN augmentar les seves vendes\u00a0<strong>al mercat espanyol<\/strong>\u00a0on, de moment, n<strong>om\u00e9s venen un 3% del total produ\u00eft<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El ministre d&#8217;Agricultura<strong>\u00a0Luis Planas<\/strong>\u00a0ha visitat la parada\u00a0 i<strong>\u00a0s&#8217;ha interessat molt per les varietats que es cultiven i que s&#8217;estan recuperant a les Illes Balears<\/strong>, i per l&#8217;empenta del sector. Per la seva banda,\u00a0<strong>Mae de la Concha<\/strong>, consellera d&#8217;Agricultura de les Illes Balears ha remarcat que &#8220;som aqu\u00ed per augmentar la seva pres\u00e8ncia i import\u00e0ncia, donant a con\u00e8ixer uns\u00a0<strong>vins tan singulars i de tant\u00edssima qualitat com els de les Balears<\/strong>, que cada vegada sorprenen a m\u00e9s gent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s del fre a les fires que va suposar la crisi per la COVID-19, des de la conselleria d&#8217;Agricultura, a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3 general de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria,\u00a0<strong>s&#8217;ha apostat per l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a les fires aliment\u00e0ries m\u00e9s destacables<\/strong>, on els vins de les Illes sempre han estat presents i on, per primera vegada, han assistit units amb el suport del Govern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En creixement i fonamental per al sector primari<br \/>\n<\/strong>El sector, que es troba en una fase de creixement i est\u00e0 recuperant xifres de negoci anteriors a la pand\u00e8mia,\u00a0<strong>\u00e9s un sector amb gran potencial econ\u00f2mic<\/strong>\u00a0i, actualment, tamb\u00e9 un atractiu a nivell tur\u00edstic que, segons De la Concha, &#8220;aporta valor afegit a la nostra economia, t\u00e9 molt de futur i, \u00e9s i ser\u00e0 fonamental per al nostre sector primari&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Els cellers que han volgut assistir a FENAVIN s\u00f3n Vins Miquel Gelabert, Son Juliana, Blanca Terra, Dalt Tur\u00f3, Santa Catarina, Bodega Son Vich, Butxet, Binigrau, Finca Es Fangar, Mortitx, Can Xanet, Miquel Oliver, Finca Biniagual, Jos\u00e9 L.
