{"id":76288,"date":"2022-06-01T12:19:36","date_gmt":"2022-06-01T10:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=76288"},"modified":"2022-06-01T15:45:58","modified_gmt":"2022-06-01T13:45:58","slug":"els-pagesos-ecologics-se-senten-marginats-de-la-nova-llei-turistica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/els-pagesos-ecologics-se-senten-marginats-de-la-nova-llei-turistica","title":{"rendered":"Els pagesos ecol\u00f2gics se senten marginats de la nova llei tur\u00edstica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Davant l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la nova llei tur\u00edstica, els pagesos ecol\u00f2gics de les Illes Balears han volgut manifesta que el Govern balear &#8220;no ha tengut en compte el sector ecol\u00f2gic i que el nou text normatiu es basa en un producte local que no est\u00e0 regularitzat&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed ho explica Francesc Llompart, president del Consell Balear de la Producci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria Ecol\u00f2gica (CBPAE), que afegeix que &#8220;ens sembla que l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica ha passat d\u2019\u00e9sser estrat\u00e8gica a \u00e9sser ignorada per aquest Govern, fent cas om\u00eds de les directrius europees i dels seus propis compromisos d\u2019avan\u00e7ar cap a unes illes m\u00e9s sostenibles&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Llompart comenta que\u00a0<strong>\u00e9s un bon comen\u00e7ament que la normativa estableixi que &#8220;el sector tur\u00edstic estigui obligat a comprar un percentatge de producte d\u2019origen balear. Es pret\u00e9n assegurar un m\u00ednim d\u2019un 3% de producte, que pujar\u00e0 a un 4% per a establiments de 4 o 5 estrelles i del 5% per als agroturismes&#8221;<\/strong>. Ara b\u00e9, no s&#8217;han d&#8217;oblidar els pagesos i les pageses ecol\u00f2giques, que reivindiquen incorporar a la nova llei tur\u00edstica aquestes reclamacions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Que la norma comprometi la compra d\u2019<strong>un percentatge m\u00ednim de producte ecol\u00f2gic, dins del percentatge estipulat de producte local<\/strong>. Si ens atenem a la llei agr\u00e0ria, que establ\u00ed la producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica com a estrat\u00e8gica per a la nostra comunitat, i l\u2019objectiu d\u2019arribar al 25% de superf\u00edcie agr\u00e0ria \u00fatil d\u2019Europa inscrita en ecol\u00f2gic per a l\u2019any 2030, com marca l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia \u201cDe la granja a la taula\u201d de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea, s\u2019han de fer pol\u00edtiques actives de foment d\u2019aquest tipus de producci\u00f3, i la llei tur\u00edstica hi podria tenir un paper cabdal. A m\u00e9s, en un context mundial d\u2019encariment dels fertilitzants nitrogenats com l\u2019actual, l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica i l\u2019agroecologia ofereix una major independ\u00e8ncia que la convencional a l\u2019hora de produir aliments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Que el producte de les petites i mitjanes explotacions agr\u00e0ries es tengui en especial consideraci\u00f3<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8, en cas contrari, existeix el perill que la compra nom\u00e9s benefici\u00ef a les principals empreses agroaliment\u00e0ries, les m\u00e9s grosses. S\u2019haurien d\u2019establir mecanismes que garanteixin que l\u2019impacte damunt del sector sigui ampli i real. Caldr\u00e0 que la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 ajudi al desenvolupament d\u2019estructures i infraestructures col\u00b7lectives que facilitin l\u2019abastiment, per part d\u2019aquestes explotacions petites i mitjanes, cap als establiments tur\u00edstics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Que es despleguin mecanismes robusts de tra\u00e7abilitat del producte local consumit<\/strong>. Actualment encara no es disposa de cap segell o control que identifiqui qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el producte local, el que ja suposa un problema, avui dia, i un risc a l\u2019hora de garantir que el sector tur\u00edstic compri aliments cultivats (o criats) i elaborats aqu\u00ed.
