Per aix\u00f2, el\u00a0<strong>Caf\u00e8 Mir\u00f3<\/strong> deixa de banda la carta que tenia fins ara, basada fonamentalment en tapes i sandvitxos, per oferir una carta amb plats elaborats i producte de temporada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guillem M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, xef de Caf\u00e8 Mir\u00f3 i El Olivo, explica que amb aquest canvi complementen la proposta de l&#8217;hotel. &#8220;Aix\u00ed, els nostres clients poden optar pel men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 i la cuina m\u00e9s sofisticada d&#8217;El Olivo o per una cuina de mercat del Caf\u00e8 Mir\u00f3, en la qual hi hem potenciat els aliments de Mallorca&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dels plats que s&#8217;hi poden assaborir s\u00f3n la greixonera d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia, ametla mallorquina i pesto, les croquetes de marisc i gamba de S\u00f3ller, el llam\u00e0ntol amb patat\u00f3, el llom de tonyina amb amanida de tomatigons, alvocat i crostons. Tamb\u00e9 cal destacar el past\u00eds de formatge amb confitura.<\/p>\n<p>Per gaudir de la seva cuina no cal estar allotjat a l&#8217;hotel, tothom hi pot reservar taula, tant a Caf\u00e8 Mir\u00f3 com a El Olivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuina, art i paisatge<br \/>\n<\/strong>Caf\u00e8 Mir\u00f3 acull una col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>33 gravats\u00a0<\/strong>de l&#8217;<strong>artista Joan Mir\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0i des de la seva terrassa es poden gaudir d&#8217;una de les millors vistes al poble de Dei\u00e0.
