Amb neula o sense, sorbet o batut de gelat&#8230; hi ha moltes maneres d&#8217;assaborir-los.<\/p>\n<p>Avui parlarem d&#8217;un dels plaers m\u00e9s irresistibles de\u00a0<strong>Pollen\u00e7a<\/strong>: els<strong>\u00a0gelats artesans de Can Butxaca<\/strong>. La\u00a0<strong>fam\u00edlia Martorell Valls<\/strong>\u00a0continua la tradici\u00f3 iniciada el 1929, amb un ampli assortiment de gustos i sabors que fan les del\u00edcies de grans i petits. Tenen<strong>\u00a0una carta de devers 50 gelats, dels que\u00a0sempre n&#8217;hi ha 25 a l&#8217;expositor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els sabors cl\u00e0ssics com l&#8217;avellana, continuen essent un dels m\u00e9s demanats, per\u00f2 hi ha novetats que agraden molt com ara el gelat de xocolata jungly, i ametlla torrada amb stracciatella blanca i mostassa.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>mestre gelater Rafel Martorell Valls<\/strong>\u00a0explica que\u00a0 &#8220;la gelateria, anomenada Valls inicialment, la va crear el meu padr\u00ed, Rafel Valls Fuster, despr\u00e9s que uns valencians li suggerissin vendre gelats, un negoci que podia complementar amb l&#8217;ofici de sabater.
