Acaba de publicar un llibre que es basa en els consells i receptes que publica al seu blog <a title=\"La Pasta per als Catalans\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lapastaperalscatalans.cat\/\">La pasta per als catalans<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>En aquesta entrevista ens descobreix alguns secrets de la cuina italiana.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Macarrons, espaguetis&#8230; La pasta \u00e9s el plat per excel\u00b7lencia de la cuina italiana?<\/strong><br \/>\nDiria que s\u00ed, \u00e9s un dels plats que no falta mai a les taules dels italians.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;AL LLIBRE HE FET UN RECULL DE 30 TIPUS DE PASTA, AMB EL SEU DIBUIX I UNA EXPLICACI\u00d3 SOBRE COM QUEDA MILLOR&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Realment, quants de tipus de pasta hi ha realment?<\/strong><br \/>\nQuan vaig escriure el llibre, en vaig comptar m\u00e9s de 200 a la pagina web de un fam\u00f3s fabricant de pasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deu n&#8217;hi do! Al llibre, com ens ajudes a identificar-los?<\/strong><br \/>\nAl principi del llibre hi trobareu un glossari de formats de pasta, devers 30, els que m\u00e9s s&#8217;acostumen a trobar aqu\u00ed, cadasc\u00fa amb el seu dibuix on explico amb quines salses queda millor i per qu\u00e8. Al final de cada recepta, hi ha una secci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 es parla d&#8217;altres formats de pasta en la qual aconsello \u00a0sobre quins altres formats de pasta es poden fer servir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La pasta, sempre ha d&#8217;estar <em>al dente<\/em>? Qu\u00e8 significa realment aquesta expressi\u00f3?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Al dente<\/em> vol dir que quan es mossega la pasta encara hi ha alguna cosa per mossegar, que la pasta es pugui mastegar. Si agrada m\u00e9s tova, endavant, per\u00f2 s&#8217;aprecia millor si est\u00e0 <em>al dente<\/em>\u00a0i, a m\u00e9s, <em>al dente<\/em> omple m\u00e9s i es digereix millor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Els gustos culinaris dels italians i catalanoparlants, s\u00f3n molt semblants?<\/strong><br \/>\nEls ingredients que fem servir aqu\u00ed i all\u00e0 s\u00f3n els mateixos. Aqu\u00ed es menja menys pasta que all\u00e0 per una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de costum, per\u00f2 pel que fa la resta de gustos, coincidim molt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quin \u00e9s el teu plat preferit de pasta?<\/strong><br \/>\nEn tinc dos, un de peix, els <em>spaghetti allo scoglio<\/em>, que duen calamars, gambes, clo\u00efsses i musclos, i el <em>bucatini all&#8217;ischitana<\/em>, o sigui amb un suquet de conill.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;LA CUINA ITALIANA \u00c9S MOLT VARIADA, DEPENENT DE CADA REGI\u00d3&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La cuina italiana tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt diversa?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s molt variada, depenent de cada regi\u00f3.
