Es tracta d&#8217;un homenatge a la persona que va fer possible aquesta nissaga de vinaters de Mallorca.\u00a0<strong>Patr\u00edcia Reus i Antuca Reus<\/strong>, dues de les descendents de Catalina Mart\u00ed, han explicat que a comen\u00e7ament d&#8217;any les s\u00f2cies i esposes dels socis varen quedar per dinar i &#8220;va sorgir la idea de fer un<strong>\u00a0vi blanc nou<\/strong>\u00a0i dedicar-lo a la persona que va fer que tamb\u00e9 nosaltres puguem ser aqu\u00ed&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser l&#8217;esposa de Pere Reus i Morro (Pere Seda)\u00a0\u00a0<strong>El seu paper va ser fonamental\u00a0<\/strong>perqu\u00e8 Pere Seda desenvolup\u00e0s la seva traject\u00f2ria com a pag\u00e8s, vinater i batle de Binissalem entre els anys 1905 i 1910. De fet,\u00a0<strong>va criar tretze fills, set dels quals es dedicaren al sector vitivin\u00edcola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El celler que avui dia coneixem com a Pere Seda es va fundar d&#8217;aquests descendents que fins als anys 70 es varen dedicar a fer vi i vendre&#8217;l per separat. A partir d&#8217;aquesta data, s&#8217;uniren i va ser l&#8217;embri\u00f3 del que avui dia es coneix com a Vinyes i Vins Pere Seda.<\/p>\n<p>Per crear el vi Catalina Mart\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>les dones del celler Pere Seda es varen reunir el mes de mar\u00e7 d&#8217;enguany per decidir un cupatge<\/strong>. At\u00e8s que en aquesta data els\u00a0perfils dels vins de Pere Seda ja estan dissenyats, opt\u00e0ren per fer cupatges de cinc vins existents: Pere Seda Blanc, Pere Seda Chardonnay &#8211; Gir\u00f3, Gvivm Blanc, L\u2019Arxiduc\u00a0Blanc i Chardonnay fermentat en bota. Totes les dones feren\u00a0<strong>diferents tasts a cegues<\/strong>\u00a0fins que es posaren d&#8217;acord amb un cupatge, que va resultar ser un 40% de Pere Seda Blanc, un 40% de L\u2019Arxiduc Blanc i un 20% de Chardonnay \u2013 Gir\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Des del celler Pere Seda estan molt satisfets amb el resultats i, per aix\u00f2, tenen pensat repetir l&#8217;any que ve tots els processos.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;acte de presentaci\u00f3 hi han assistit Miquel Oliver, batle de Manacor, vinaters d&#8217;altres cellers de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Pla i Llevant &#8211; Mallorca, com tamb\u00e9 personalitats de la societat manacorina i entesos en la mat\u00e8ria.
