Aquest mat\u00ed s\u2019han presentat en roda de premsa els detalls i continguts del que ser\u00e0 el programa d\u2019activitats que es portaran a terme entre <strong>el 7 i el 9 d\u2019octubre<\/strong> amb la <strong>Sala Multifuncional d\u2019Es Mercadal<\/strong> com centre neur\u00e0lgic del congr\u00e9s i el <strong>Museu de Menorca<\/strong>, el <strong>Far d\u2019Artrutx<\/strong> o el <strong>Pati de Sa Lluna<\/strong> com a espais complementaris.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com ha confirmat Pep Pelfort des de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019esdeveniment que promou l\u2019<strong>Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears (APEGIB),<\/strong> hi intervindran <strong>vint-i-una figures reconegudes del panorama nacional i internacional del periodisme <\/strong><strong>gastron\u00f2mic<\/strong> que seran a Menorca durant tres dies per presentar pon\u00e8ncies individuals o b\u00e9 participar en les diferents taules rodones amb una tem\u00e0tica molt concreta que pivotar\u00e0 entorn a dos blocs que seran, per una banda, la <strong>gastronomia en femen\u00ed<\/strong> i <strong>la poca pres\u00e8ncia femenina als<\/strong> <strong>mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> i per altra, un segon bloc dedicat a analitzar <strong>diferents aspectes de l\u2019escriptura gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>, <strong>la cr\u00edtica gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>, <strong>el fenomen dels <em>influencers,<\/em> les xarxes socials i la manca d\u2019independ\u00e8ncia associada a grups medi\u00e0tics<\/strong> i <strong>patrocinadors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que ja existeixen diferents congressos de gastronomia, el de Menorca <strong>s\u2019ha volgut plantejar amb un format innovador<\/strong> en el sentit que <strong>no seran els cuiners els qui presentin les pon\u00e8ncies, si no els periodistes,<\/strong> invertint l\u2019esquema t\u00edpic. El que es pret\u00e9n des de la organitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s promoure el debat amb cuiners i professionals de l\u2019hostaleria per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 que hi puguin participar els lectors i seguidors de la cr\u00edtica, \u00e9s a dir, el p\u00fablic en general, obrint un di\u00e0leg directe amb els autors durant els dies que duri la trobada. <strong>En aquest sentit, les inscripcions pel congr\u00e9s son gratu\u00eftes per facilitar aquesta participaci\u00f3 en una oportunitat per per con\u00e8ixer de prop el passat, present i futur del periodisme i l\u2019escriptura gastron\u00f2mica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I \u00e9s que l&#8217;augment de la pres\u00e8ncia de la gastronomia als mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 ha portat al periodisme m\u00e9s tradicional fins a un punt d\u2019inflexi\u00f3 que ha influ\u00eft en els h\u00e0bits de consum de les persones i en l&#8217;inter\u00e8s per aquest tipus de contingut que cada vegada est\u00e0 m\u00e9s present, un fet que ha influ\u00eft en l\u2019inter\u00e8s que ha despertat la celebraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest primer congr\u00e9s a l\u2019illa on <strong>fins <\/strong><strong>al moment ja hi ha un centenar d\u2019inscrits<\/strong> amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019arribar als 250. <strong>Les inscripcions seguiran obertes fins el dia 5 d\u2019octubre a trav\u00e9s del portal web MenorcaRegionGastronomica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El Congr\u00e9s compta amb el suport de la Fundaci\u00f3 Foment del Turisme de Menorca, el Consell Insular a trav\u00e9s dels Departaments de Cultura, Educaci\u00f3, Joventut i Esports aix\u00ed com els d\u2019Economia i Territori i el finan\u00e7ament de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 LEADER Illa de Menorca en un projecte Leader finan\u00e7at amb fons FEADER en el marc del Programa de desenvolupament rural de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>VINT-I-UN PONENTS D\u2019ALT NIVELL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Des de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha fet un gran esfor\u00e7 en poder portar a Menorca noms consolidats del periodisme i l\u2019escriptura gastron\u00f2mica i entre <strong>els vint-i-un ponents confirmats<\/strong> que intervindran tant de nivell local, nacional com tamb\u00e9 internacional hi destaquen noms com <strong>Jos\u00e9 Carlos Capel<\/strong>, fundador i president de Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, <strong>Ana Vega<\/strong>, Premi Nacional de Gastronomia l\u2019any 2018, <strong>Toni Massan\u00e9s<\/strong>, Director de la Fundaci\u00f3 Alicia (centre de recerca en cuina), <strong>Carlos G. Cano<\/strong>, periodista gastron\u00f2mic de La Ser, <strong>J\u00falia P\u00e9rez Lozano,<\/strong> directora del portal web Gastroactitud, <strong>Borja Beneyto Matoses<\/strong>, membre de la Reial Acad\u00e8mia de Gastronomia, <strong>Jorge Guitian<\/strong>, Premi Nacional de Periodisme Gastron\u00f2mic, el franc\u00e8s <strong>St\u00e9phane M\u00e9jan\u00e8s<\/strong>, Premi Ploma d\u2019Or 2019, <strong>Wendy Barrie<\/strong>, coneguda presentadora de programes de cuina escocesa, <strong>Benedict Beaug\u00e9<\/strong>, escriptor, cineasta i gran coneixedor de la gastronomia, <strong>Andoni Sarriegi<\/strong>, redactor del Grup Gourmets, <strong>Lila Karapostoli<\/strong>, escriptora i periodista grega de llarga traject\u00f2ria, <strong>Emmanuel Rubin<\/strong>, columnista a Le Figaro durant 30 anys i Premi Gurmonsky de Gastronomia 2022 o <strong>Bep All\u00e8s<\/strong>, conegut periodista gastron\u00f2mic de Menorca, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acte ser\u00e0 condu\u00eft per <strong>Carme Gasull<\/strong>, periodista gastron\u00f2mica cofundadora del portal Gastronomistas i <strong>Eva Vicens,<\/strong> directora del mitj\u00e0 on-line <strong>Vadevi i BalearsVadevi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>TRES DIES DE CONGR\u00c9S<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El Congr\u00e9s arrencar\u00e0 divendres dia 7 d\u2019octubre al <strong>Museu de Menorca<\/strong> a <strong>Ma\u00f3<\/strong> amb una recepci\u00f3 de benvinguda dirigida a ponents i persones inscrites al Congr\u00e9s amb l\u2019objectiu de fer-los una visita guiada per l\u2019exposici\u00f3 \u201c<em>El Gust de Menorca<\/em>\u201d on s\u2019expliquen els or\u00edgens de la cuina menorquina a trav\u00e9s de manuscrits, llibres de cuina i utensilis tradicionals. L\u2019endem\u00e0 dissabte, la <strong>Sala Multifuncional d\u2019Es Mercadal<\/strong> acollir\u00e0 <strong>dotze pon\u00e8ncies i dues taules rodones<\/strong> en sessi\u00f3 de mat\u00ed i capvespre, que <strong>comptaran amb servei de traducci\u00f3 simult\u00e0nia d\u2019angl\u00e8s i franc\u00e8s al castell\u00e0<\/strong> i que tamb\u00e9 <strong>es podran seguir via streaming<\/strong>. El format de les intervencions ser\u00e0 de vint minuts amb torn de preguntes de deu per enriquir el di\u00e0leg i l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019opinions. La jornada comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 amb un homenatge a <strong>Caty Juan del Corral<\/strong>, pionera desapareguda del periodisme gastron\u00f2mic a Balears i que va ser nomenada Presidenta d\u2019Honor d\u2019APEGIB.<\/p>\n<p>Diumenge dia 9 d\u2019octubre l\u2019activitat del congr\u00e9s es traslladar\u00e0 primer a <strong>Alaior<\/strong> per fer una visita guiada al <strong>Pati de Sa Lluna<\/strong> que est\u00e0 cridat a convertir-se en el <strong>Centre de Cultura Gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong> de la Illa i que compta amb una cuina laboratori i diverses aules de formaci\u00f3. En aquest mateix espai s\u2019oferir\u00e0 un tast d\u2019oli de Menorca des de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Productors de Menorca.
