Tot, a c\u00e0rrec de xefs de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears (ASCAIB), com ara\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e8s<\/strong>, el seu president,\u00a0<strong>Cati Pons, Miquel Gelabert, Matias Provvidenti i Ricardo Rossi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3 de Mallorca est\u00e0 coordinada pel Departament de Promoci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica del Consell de Mallorca, encap\u00e7alat per\u00a0<strong>Luc\u00eda Escribano<\/strong>.
