En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 els\u00a0<strong>vins de Muro\u00a0<\/strong>del celler de\u00a0<strong>Butxet Viticultors\u00a0<\/strong>maridaran amb la cuina de\u00a0<strong>Miquel Gelabert<\/strong>, el cuiner de\u00a0<strong>Can March<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>Manacor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La cita tendr\u00e0 lloc el divendres,\u00a0<strong>28 d&#8217;octubre, a les 20 hores<\/strong>, al restaurant Can March de Manacor (carrer de Val\u00e8ncia, 7)<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crema de carabassa amb bacall\u00e0 i verduretes &#8211; maridat amb Va de Blanc, blanc<\/li>\n<li>Coca de blat de xeixa integral de ceba amb carabass\u00f3, formatge de cabra de Son Garrova i oliva negra &#8211; maridat amb Cabernet Sauvignon, negre<\/li>\n<li>Cerviola amb crema d&#8217;espinacs, verdures, panses, pinyons i Tap de Quart\u00ed &#8211; maridat amb Daima, rosat<\/li>\n<li>Llom de porc faixat amb esclata-sangs, pebre vermell i tom\u00e0tiga de ramellet &#8211; maridat amb Macada, negre<\/li>\n<li>Past\u00eds de formatge amb crumble de garrova i magrana &#8211; maridat amb Sir\u00e0, negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El preu del men\u00fa complet \u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>50 euros<\/strong>.
