{"id":81406,"date":"2023-03-15T15:03:24","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T14:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=81406"},"modified":"2023-03-15T15:05:11","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T14:05:11","slug":"torna-proturchef-amb-un-cap-de-setmana-ple-dactivitats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/torna-proturchef-amb-un-cap-de-setmana-ple-dactivitats","title":{"rendered":"Torna ProturChef, amb un cap de setmana ple d&#8217;activitats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un total de\u00a0<strong>18 estudiants de cuina m\u00e9s de 10 escoles estatals<\/strong>\u00a0de 8 comunitats aut\u00f2nomes competiran aquest cap de setmana a\u00a0<strong>Protur Chef,<\/strong>\u00a0que enguany arriba a la cinquena edici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Continua, aix\u00ed, l&#8217;aposta de la firma hotelera Protur per potenciar les joves promeses, una cita que es dur\u00e0 a terme\u00a0<strong>del 16 al 19 de mar\u00e7 a sa Coma,<\/strong>\u00a0concretament \u00a0a l&#8217;hotel Protur Biomar Sensatori Resort.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, hi haur\u00e0 un\u00a0<strong>programa ple d&#8217;atractius i activitats<\/strong>\u00a0per als amants de la gastronomia, com ara concursos de cuina per a adults i infants, tasts sensorials, sopars maridats, xerrades, confer\u00e8ncies, demostracions en viu de cuina i tallers, mercat gastron\u00f2mic i molt m\u00e9s. Podeu consultar tot el programa i apuntar-vos a les activitats a:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/proturchef.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/proturchef.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, s&#8217;hi celebrar\u00e0 la segona edici\u00f3 dels guardons nacionals Cullerot Daurat, que atorgar\u00e0 tres distincions: a la traject\u00f2ria emprenedora estatal transformadora d&#8217;\u00e8xit m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les nostres fronteres, sigui original o tradicional; el d&#8217;una instituci\u00f3 p\u00fablica o privada que potenci\u00ef, dinamitzi i millori la vida i la cultura culin\u00e0ria i aliment\u00e0ria de les persones, el pa\u00eds i els seus territoris; i, finalment, es far\u00e0 un homenatge a una carrera professional que hagi influ\u00eft o canviat la hist\u00f2ria de la cuina de les Illes Balears. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 els acc\u00e8ssits s&#8217;atorguen a\u00a0<strong>Jamones Joselito<\/strong>, en particular a Jos\u00e9 G\u00f3mez S\u00e1nchez com a\u00a0<em>brand manager<\/em>\u00a0de C\u00e1rnicas Joselito, a la\u00a0<strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia<\/strong>, representada pel seu director general Antoni Massan\u00e9s i\u00a0<strong>Juan Romero<\/strong>, xef que va aconseguir la primera estrella Michelin per a un restaurant de Palma l&#8217;any 1981, el c\u00e8lebre \u00c0ncora, que es trobava a Can Barbar\u00e0.
