Aix\u00ed, el forner\u00a0<strong>Nadal Llad\u00f3 Salas\u00a0<\/strong>va guanyar la IV edici\u00f3 del Concurs Millor Pa Moreno de Mallorca\u00a0<strong>2023<\/strong>, organitzat per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Campos conjuntament amb l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de forners i pastissers de les Illes Balears i el suport de Pa d\u2019aqu\u00ed de l\u2019IDI.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>jurat\u00a0<\/strong>va haver de triar entre 20 pans de l&#8217;illa i va estar format pels professionals Antoni Contreras, expert gastron\u00f2mic,\u00a0<strong>Salvador Maura<\/strong>; professor de forneria de l\u2019IES Josep Sureda i Blanes;\u00a0<strong>Joan Segura<\/strong>; forner jubilat i referent pels forners;\u00a0<strong>Pere Munar<\/strong>, t\u00e8cnic en panificaci\u00f3 i farines; i\u00a0<strong>Llu\u00eds Blanco<\/strong>, forner.<\/p>\n<p>Els 5\u00a0<strong>finalistes\u00a0<\/strong>foren el Forn Can Pistola (Lloseta), Forn Can Rafel (B\u00fager), Forn de s&#8217;Estanyol (Llucmajor), Forn Can Nadal (Campos) i Forn Can Vadell (Campos). Tots els finalistes han rebut un detall de participaci\u00f3 de producte local. Una experi\u00e8ncia per a 4 persones a la Salinera Flor de Sal d&#8217;Es Trenc de Campos entregat per Laura Calvo gentilesa de Flor de Sal d&#8217;Es Trenc i una botella de vi de les bodegues Dalt Tur\u00f3 entregat per Bernat Neo.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de les valoracions de la segona ronda, el jurat va deliberar que el\u00a0<strong>guanyador\u00a0<\/strong>del concurs fos per al <strong>forn Can Nadal de Campos<\/strong>, que va rebre una distinci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica de mans de Francisca Porquer, batlessa de Campos, una altra distinci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica entregada per Pep Magraner de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears, 500 kg de farina entregats per David Roca gentilesa de Harinas de Mallorca i una botella edici\u00f3 especial de Dalt Tur\u00f3.\u00a0<strong>El segon classifcat, el Forn Can Rafel de B\u00fager<\/strong>\u00a0ha rebut un caramel\u00b7litzador entregat per Cristina Roncal gentilesa de SALVA ServiForn.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte es va celebrar en el marc de la Fira de Campos, en la qual tamb\u00e9 es va dur a terme l&#8217;acte\u00a0<strong>Pa, pa, pa<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 hi varen participar els forns Pastisseries Pomar, Can Bet, Can Pere, Can Nadal i Can Vadell. A m\u00e9s, els visitants hi han pogut degustar propostes de pans especials amb companatges i altres\u00a0<strong>propostes sense gluten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El mercadet va estar amenitzat per\u00a0<strong>m\u00fasica\u00a0<\/strong>en viu de la\u00a0<strong>xaranga Els Forasters<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>disj\u00f2queis<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>vins dels cellers de Campos<\/strong>, els\u00a0<strong>vermuts\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, cocteler del bar Es Vicari\u00a0<\/strong>(Sa Creu Nova Petit Palais Art &amp; Spa) i guanyador del LXVIII Campionat de Cocteleria de Balears.
