Es tracta dels<strong>\u00a0Tasts de Rosa Blanca<\/strong>\u00a0que aquest 2023 tenen a dues figures destacades de la pastisseria i forn:\u00a0<strong>Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez i Tomeu Arbona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Arbona destaca per haver recuperat i posat al dia el receptari tradicional de forn i pastisseria, mentre que P\u00e9rez destaca per fer una pastisseria m\u00e9s afrancesada, rebaixada en sucre, i delicada.<\/p>\n<p>Els Tasts de Rosa Blanca es faran els\u00a0<strong>dies 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 i 17 de juny, de 19 a 21 hores<\/strong>. Tendran lloc a un espai carregat d&#8217;art i, alhora, molt estimat pels mallorquins com \u00e9s la Fundaci\u00f3 Mir\u00f3 Mallorca. Curiosament, Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez s&#8217;ha inspirat en l&#8217;obra de l&#8217;artista Joan Mir\u00f3 per elaborar les mones de Pasqua.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa maridat es descobrir\u00e0 el mateix dia, per\u00f2 des de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 asseguren que deixar\u00e0 amb la boca oberta els assistents. El preu per degustar aquesta<strong>\u00a0proposta culin\u00e0ria maridada<\/strong>\u00a0amb cervesa \u00e9s de 45 euros.
