{"id":83315,"date":"2023-07-25T09:03:40","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T07:03:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=83315"},"modified":"2023-07-25T09:03:40","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T07:03:40","slug":"500-ensaimades-ultracongelades-immobilitzades-per-frau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/500-ensaimades-ultracongelades-immobilitzades-per-frau","title":{"rendered":"500 ensa\u00efmades ultracongelades immobilitzades per frau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El cos d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local, que dep\u00e8n de la Conselleria d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, ha immobilitzat 500 ensa\u00efmades comercialitzades de manera fraudulenta als aeroports de Mallorca i Eivissa.<\/p>\n<p>Els fets han tengut lloc aquest mes de juliol, despr\u00e9s que el Consell Regulador de la IGP Ensa\u00efmada de Mallorca fes una den\u00fancia per un suposat frau. A partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed, es varen fer una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;inspeccions: la primera va tenir lloc a l&#8217;aeroport de Palma el passat 10 de juliol, i es varen immobilitzar 34 ensa\u00efmades llises i 21 de crema. La segona inspecci\u00f3 va tenir com a escenari l&#8217;aeroport d&#8217;Eivissa, dia 20 de juliol, i es varen immobilitzar 328 ensa\u00efmades llises i 135 de cabell d&#8217;\u00e0ngel.<\/p>\n<p>El personal d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 va comprovar que les ensa\u00efmades s&#8217;havien elaborat i congelat per una ind\u00fastria de fora de les Illes Balears, que es<strong>\u00a0varen ser transportades fins a les Illes congelades<\/strong>, i es comercialitzaven com a producte fresc, sense indicar a l\u2019etiquetatge que es tractava d\u2019un producte descongelat. A m\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>a l&#8217;aeroport de Palma es va trobar un r\u00e8tol amb la indicaci\u00f3 Ensa\u00efmada de Mallorca<\/strong>, per aquests productes que no estan acollits a la indicaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica protegida (IGP).<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s\u2019ha donat trasllat a la Direcci\u00f3 General de Salut, ja que tant a l&#8217;aeroport d&#8217;Eivissa com al de Mallorca, <strong>varen trobar ensa\u00efmades de crema amb vuit mesos de vida \u00fatil i aix\u00f2 podria ser un risc per a la salut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les capses de les ensa\u00efmades tenien impr\u00e8s el registre d&#8217;empresa sanit\u00e0ria 20.040697\/IB, per\u00f2 a la base de dades del Ministeri de Consum no hi apareix cap resultat amb aquesta dada.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la direcci\u00f3 general de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local s&#8217;ha comen\u00e7at a tramitar els corresponents<strong>\u00a0expedients sancionadors<\/strong>.
