{"id":83347,"date":"2023-07-27T10:08:10","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T08:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=83347"},"modified":"2023-07-27T10:08:10","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T08:08:10","slug":"reconeixement-per-al-jove-ramader-mallorqui-antoni-segui-villalonga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/reconeixement-per-al-jove-ramader-mallorqui-antoni-segui-villalonga","title":{"rendered":"Reconeixement per al jove ramader mallorqu\u00ed Antoni Segu\u00ed Villalonga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Institut de la Joventut d\u2019Espanya (INJUVE) ha premiat la cooperativista gallega<strong>\u00a0Luc\u00eda Casal V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>\u00a0amb el Premi Nacional de Joventut 2023 en la categoria de Medi\u00a0Ambient.\u00a0 El jurat d&#8217;aquests guardons tamb\u00e9 ha fet una\u00a0<strong>menci\u00f3 honor\u00edfica<\/strong>\u00a0en aquesta mateixa categoria al\u00a0<strong>ramader mallorqu\u00ed Antoni Segu\u00ed i Villalonga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Luc\u00eda Casal \u00e9s una jove ramadera de 19 anys ha apostat per viure en el medi rural, on es dedica a la producci\u00f3 de carn de bov\u00ed. mentre que Antoni Segu\u00ed treballa a la granja familiar Son Jover, que destaca per dedicar-se a la ramaderia ecol\u00f2gica amb l&#8217;ovella roja, aut\u00f2ctona de Mallorca, i a la producci\u00f3 de formatge.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests premis tenen la finalitat d\u2019estimular i recon\u00e8ixer la traject\u00f2ria i l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de joves que posen de manifest el seu comprom\u00eds en diferents \u00e0mbits de la societat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Son Jover: una granja de refer\u00e8ncia<br \/>\n<\/strong>Antoni Segu\u00ed Villalonga va n\u00e9ixer a Inca l&#8217;any 1994. \u00c9s membre de la comissi\u00f3 de joves de Cooperatives Agroaliment\u00e0ries de les Illes Balears i continua la tradici\u00f3 de les quatre generacions que el varen precedir. Des dels 19 anys treballa com a<strong>\u00a0agricultor i ramader<\/strong>, i avui dia \u00e9s responsable de la granja de\u00a0<strong>Son Jover<\/strong>, on fa la programaci\u00f3 dels cultius de fruita seca, pastures i hortalisses i el maneig dels ramats\u00a0d\u2019ov\u00ed\u00a0de llet,\u00a0ov\u00ed\u00a0de carn i capr\u00ed de llet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Son Jover\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s una explotaci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>100% ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong>, inscrita en el consell regulador de la producci\u00f3 agr\u00e0ria ecol\u00f2gica de les Illes Balears des de l\u2019any 1992, arrelada en el medi rural, que conserva l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia del territori. Aquest jove mallorqu\u00ed no sols ha apostat per aplicar m\u00e8todes ecol\u00f2gics respectuosos amb el medi ambient en la fase de producci\u00f3 i de transformaci\u00f3 dels seus productes, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 ha apostat per reduir el seu impacte ambiental a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019economia\u00a0circular de\u00a0l\u2019explotaci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 destaca per reduir el consum\u00a0d\u2019energies\u00a0f\u00f2ssils i la utilitzaci\u00f3 de plaques solars i energies renovables a la sala de munyir.<\/p>\n<p>Cal dir tamb\u00e9 que l\u2019explotaci\u00f3 d\u2019Antoni Segu\u00ed va ser una de les primeres a establir un punt de venda per als seus productes en el mercat ecol\u00f2gic de Pla\u00e7a de Patins de Palma, mercat de productors 100% ecol\u00f2gics. Recentment ha obert una botiga en el mercat de Santa Catalina de Palma. A m\u00e9s, des de l\u2019any 2017 participa en un projecte d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 en el sector ov\u00ed, liderat per Cooperatives agroaliment\u00e0ries de les Illes Balears. Tamb\u00e9 participa com a explotaci\u00f3 model en el programa Cultiva, un programa finan\u00e7at pel Ministeri\u00a0d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 (MAPA).<\/p>\n<p>Segons comenta Antoni Segu\u00ed \u201c\u00e9s un honor per a mi haver rebut aquesta menci\u00f3 honor\u00edfica. M\u2019anima i \u00e9s una reafirmaci\u00f3 al fet que les decisions preses fins ara s\u00f3n les correctes. M\u2019agrada aquesta sensaci\u00f3, d\u2019estar en el bon cam\u00ed de fer les coses b\u00e9.\u00a0<strong>\u00c9s molt gratificant que posin en valor el meu treball com a ramader i pag\u00e8s jove que som, ja que el dia a dia a vegades es fa feixuc<\/strong>.
