Ara b\u00e9, el projecte es va comen\u00e7ar a concebre fa devers 6 anys. Tot i que el nom fa refer\u00e8ncia a\u00a0<strong>l&#8217;humorista Peyu<\/strong>, molt popular per crear i presentar programes com ara l&#8217;exit\u00f3s\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccma.cat\/catradio\/alacarta\/el-bunquer\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">El B\u00fanquer<\/a><\/em>\u00a0i<em>\u00a0Bricoheroes<\/em>, les creadores d&#8217;aquesta granja s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>dues veterin\u00e0ries<\/strong>: na\u00a0<strong>Mireia\u00a0<\/strong>i na\u00a0<strong>Xen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al municipi de\u00a0<strong>Muntanyola\u00a0<\/strong>(Alt Ter,\u00a0<strong>Catalunya<\/strong>), concretament a 1.000 metres d&#8217;altitud, han creat de zero una formatgeria amb cabres de la ra\u00e7a alpina. Expliquen que varen decidir triar aquesta ra\u00e7a perqu\u00e8 tenen el braguer m\u00e9s alt, de manera que no els dificulta sortir a pasturar per una zona on hi ha molts de matolls. En Peyu tamb\u00e9 fa part de l&#8217;equip. De fet, \u00e9s qui pensa en el disseny dels envasos del formatge, del iogurt i del brossat (dit tamb\u00e9 &#8216;mat\u00f3&#8217;), com tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s la persona que fa les tanques, menjadores i altres estris de la formatgeria, ja que \u00e9s una persona amb molta de manya.<\/p>\n<p>Les Cabres d&#8217;en Peyu<strong>\u00a0no sols \u00e9s una formatgeria<\/strong>, ja que amb la seva tasca, fan net el bosc i prevenen incendis.
