El local es troba al carrer Paraires 23 de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>La restauradora ha anunciat al compte de Bella Juanita les paraules seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jo, In\u00e9s, vull donar-vos les gr\u00e0cies de tot cor i amb tota l&#8217;\u00e0nima per la confian\u00e7a, la fidelitat i totes les coses bones i guapes que m&#8217;heu donat aquests anys. Ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia incre\u00efble que tornaria a fer sense dubte, per\u00f2 de vegades les coses tenen un final i els canvis s\u00f3n necessaris&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origen de Bella Juanita<br \/>\n<\/strong>L&#8217;any 2018 va agafar el relleu de\u00a0<strong>V\u00edctor Cardona<\/strong>, historiador de formaci\u00f3, que el va inaugurar l&#8217;any 2014 amb la idea d&#8217;oferir una cuina senzilla i saborosa, la part dol\u00e7a de la qual estava elaborada pel pastisser Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa al nom, Cardona el va batiar amb aquest\u00a0<strong>nom en homenatge a sa mare, Joana Perell\u00f3<\/strong>, que havia estat cuinera.
