Es tracta de la quarta edici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta competici\u00f3 en la qual hi poden participar tots els cuiners de l&#8217;Estat espanyol.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, Lumbreras va participar en l&#8217;anterior edici\u00f3 amb una proposta ben atractiva i per a aquesta ocasi\u00f3 hi presentar\u00e0 una tapa que ha concebut especialment i que ha batiat amb el nom de\u00a0<strong>Tarutaru NY Roll<\/strong>. Lumbreras explica que &#8216;tarutaru&#8217; significa &#8216;t\u00e0rtar&#8217; en japon\u00e8s. La seva proposta fusiona\u00a0el\u00a0<em>new york roll<\/em>, un dol\u00e7 que s&#8217;ha posat de moda arreu del m\u00f3n, i que ha combinat amb la vaca de Mallorca, criada a Can Company, amb l&#8217;anguila fumada i el wasabi, que maridar\u00e0 amb\u00a0Arts Colecta Ros\u00e9, de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Cava.<\/p>\n<p>Tamara Lumbreras va estudiar els estudis de cuina a l&#8217;IES Calvi\u00e0 i actualment treballa amb el cuiner<strong>\u00a0\u00c0lvar\u00a0Albaladejo<\/strong>, xef executiu de l&#8217;<strong>hotel Can Ferrereta<\/strong>, de\u00a0<strong>Santany\u00ed<\/strong>, on s&#8217;ubica el restaurant Ocre.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi haur\u00e0 participaci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>Menorca<\/strong>, amb el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Jose Antonio Guerrero<\/strong>\u00a0(del restaurant de l&#8217;hotel Suites del Lago, de Ciutadella), amb una tapa que ha batejat com a Bombakalao, que maridar\u00e0 amb el vi La Mosca Detr\u00e1s de la Oreja, de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Ribera del Duero.<\/p>\n<p>Lumbreras competir\u00e0 contra figures destacades, com<strong>\u00a0Rodrigo de la Calle<\/strong>, qui havia d&#8217;obrir un restaurant a Llucmajor, concretament a Z\u00f6etry, on finalment\u00a0<strong>Andreu Genestra\u00a0<\/strong>ha traslladat el seu restaurant amb estrella Michelin.
