El motiu \u00e9s que se n&#8217;han rebut 28.630 kg, en contraposici\u00f3 als 6.747 kg lliurats en el mateix per\u00edode de l&#8217;any passat, el que suposa\u00a0<strong>un augment de la collita de m\u00e9s d\u2019un 400%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els obradors inscrits ja han rebut m\u00e9s de 28 tones d\u2019oliva, mentre que en les mateixes dates de 2022 per aquestes dates encara no havien arribat a les 7 tones. El distintiu de la DOP Oliva de Mallorca empara olives de la varietat mallorquina procedents d\u2019olivars centenaris de la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n<p>Si no hi ha res que alteri la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>probablement aquesta campanya de l\u2019oliva de taula verda es tancar\u00e0 amb les millors dades dels darrers quatre anys<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019origen de la irregularitat en la producci\u00f3 prov\u00e9 marcat c<strong>ar\u00e0cter any\u00edvol dels arbres de la varietat mallorquina<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013que alternen anys de molta producci\u00f3 amb altres n&#8217;hi ha molt poca o que gaireb\u00e9 \u00e9s nul\u00b7la \u2013 factor que, juntament a la complexitat del maneig de l\u2019olivar de muntanya a qu\u00e8 s\u2019enfronten els productors, el seu sabor caracter\u00edstic i qualitat, fan de l\u2019oliva que t\u00e9 el distintiu DOP Oliva de Mallorca un\u00a0<strong>producte singular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, el segell de qualitat t\u00e9 m\u00e9s d\u2019un centenar d\u2019olivicultors que mantenen productius devers\u00a0<strong>80.000 oliveres centen\u00e0ries de la varietat mallorquina<\/strong>, localitzades en la\u00a0<strong>Serra de Tramuntana<\/strong>\u00a0i tres\u00a0<strong>elaboradors<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Cooperativa de S\u00f3ller, Son Mesquidassa i Son Moragues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els productors d&#8217;oliva de taula n&#8217;han collit m\u00e9s de 28 tones, mentre que el 2022 en&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":85795,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-85794","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
