Aquest dol\u00e7, que\u00a0<strong>data del segle XV<\/strong>, \u00e9s conegut per la seva forma de c\u00fapula estelada, reminiscent d&#8217;un campanar i forma part, juntament amb torrons, polvorons i el panettone, de les postres m\u00e9s desitjades durant el Nadal.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>difer\u00e8ncia del panettone<\/strong>, el pandoro destaca per la seva simplicitat pel que fa als ingredients. Est\u00e0 fet amb una pasta lleugera i airejada, de farina, sucre, ous i mantega, i est\u00e0 aromatitzada amb vainilla. Aquesta combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ingredients li confereix una<strong>\u00a0textura fina i un sabor delica<\/strong>t, que \u00e9s un veritable plaer per als sentits. La pasta es deixa reposar durant diverses hores, de manera que\u00a0 fermenta i agafa la seva textura caracter\u00edstica.
