Aix\u00ed ho ha destacat avui en roda de premsa celebrada a Barcelona <strong>el president del Consell Regulador, Javier Pag\u00e9s, que tamb\u00e9 ha assenyalat l&#8217;\u00e8xit del Cava<\/strong> en el marc del bon moment pel qual travessen els vins espumosos de qualitat en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit global. De gener a setembre les vendes totals de Cava s&#8217;han incrementat un +2,35% respecte al mateix per\u00edode de 2022, gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;estirada de les vendes en el mercat nacional que han crescut un notable +7,65%. Suposa un <strong>nou r\u00e8cord de vendes hist\u00f2ric<\/strong> per a la D.O. CAVA. L&#8217;increment ha estat m\u00e9s moderat en els mercats d&#8217;exportaci\u00f3, mantenint-se pr\u00e0cticament els nivells de venda collits l&#8217;any passat (+0,33%).<\/p>\n<p>Alemanya es mant\u00e9 durant els tres primers trimestres de 2023 com el principal mercat internacional per al Cava, despr\u00e9s de cr\u00e9ixer un +1,27%. Li segueixen en volum <strong>B\u00e8lgica<\/strong> (+1,95%) i el <strong>Regne Unit<\/strong> (+19,33%). Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han registrat altres destacats increments de vendes entre els 15 principals mercats mundials: el <strong>Brasil<\/strong> (un espectacular +76,29%), <strong>Pol\u00f2nia<\/strong> (+33,29%), <strong>Fran\u00e7a<\/strong> (+17,69%), <strong>Pa\u00efsos Baixos<\/strong> (+11,38%) i <strong>Su\u00e8cia<\/strong> (+6,19%).<\/p>\n<p>Javier Pag\u00e9s ha aprofitat la trobada amb la premsa per a posar en valor la segmentaci\u00f3 i la zonificaci\u00f3 del Cava, aix\u00ed com remarcar &#8220;la nostra decidida aposta per incrementar la seva qualitat i prestigi, i contribuir a crear m\u00e9s valor en tota la cadena del sector, des de la vinya al celler&#8221;. El president tamb\u00e9 ha destacat l&#8217;aposta pels segments m\u00e9s qualitatius (Guarda Superior) associats a la producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica, aix\u00ed com el nou segell d&#8217;Elaborador Integral, que identifica aquells cellers que elaboren els productes emparats per la D.O CAVA de principi a fi; amb el 100% del premsatge i la vinificaci\u00f3 en la propietat. Javier Pag\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 ha tingut paraules per a celebrar el gran \u00e8xit del recent congr\u00e9s Cava Meeting, que ha reunit en la zona de Comtats de Barcelona a un centenar de prescriptors de primer nivell mundial i que ha rellan\u00e7at l&#8217;aposta per aconseguir major prestigi i valor &#8220;insuflant m\u00e9s autoestima al sector&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 de les \u00faltimes dades econ\u00f2miques de la D.O.
