Es tracta d\u2019una iniciativa socioformativa, de car\u00e0cter\u00a0<strong>temporal<\/strong>, que t\u00e9 la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 per a la Salut Mental Gira-Sol.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, la nova seu de la Fundaci\u00f3 Sa Nostra, ubicada a Ca\u2019n T\u00e0pera a Palma, acollir\u00e0\u00a0<strong>el restaurant\u00a0<em>pop up<\/em>\u00a0que funcionar\u00e0 els dies 19, 20, 21 i 22 de mar\u00e7 i el 25, 26 i 27 de mar\u00e7 amb un servei \u00fanic a les 14 hores<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>S&#8217;hi serviran 6 plats i el preu \u00e9s de 40 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest projecte que dona continu\u00eftat a la primera experi\u00e8ncia duita a terme el desembre de 2023, en el marc de les festes de Nadal, i en la qual hi varen participar 180 persones.<\/p>\n<p>Amb una fusi\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria excepcional i un prop\u00f2sit noble, aquesta experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica fuga\u00e7 t\u00e9 com a<strong>\u00a0objectiu satisfer els paladars dels comensals mentre contribueix a iniciatives socials significatives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstam molt contents de poder tornar a acollir el restaurant Pop Up a Ca\u2019n T\u00e0pera. \u00c9s un plaer poder oferir les nostres instal\u00b7lacions a un projecte que amplia les oportunitats formatives als alumnes i contribueix al creixement de les seves habilitats culin\u00e0ries\u201d, ha afirmat\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Llad\u00f3<\/strong>, president de la Fundaci\u00f3 Sa Nostra qui ha afegit que \u201c<strong>aquest restaurant no \u00e9s sols experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica temporal, sin\u00f3 un comprom\u00eds continu amb l\u2019educaci\u00f3, el benestar i el desenvolupament social de les Illes Balears<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda,\u00a0<strong>B\u00e0rbara Mestre<\/strong>, directora general de Mater, ha expressat la seva satisfacci\u00f3 per l\u2019oportunitat de col\u00b7laborar novament amb la Fundaci\u00f3 Sa Nostra. \u201cEl restaurant\u00a0<em>pop up\u00a0<\/em>Ca&#8217;n T\u00e0pera\u00a0<em>by\u00a0<\/em>Mater de Nadal ens va deixar un gust de boca bon\u00edssim. Els alumnes de Formaci\u00f3 Dual varen poder viure una experi\u00e8ncia professional, en un entorn de feina normalitzat, molt enriquidora i satisfact\u00f2ria. Per aquest motiu, ens alegra que Fundaci\u00f3 sa Nostra ens hagi brindat la possibilitat de repetir aquest espai, tan especial, d&#8217;aprenentatge professional i gastronomia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa combina la formaci\u00f3 professional amb l\u2019activitat retribu\u00efda a l\u2019empresa, tot preparant-se per inserir-se al mercat laboral.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa de degustaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>que s&#8217;hi oferir\u00e0 ser\u00e0 de cinc plats, unes postres, caf\u00e8, aigua i vi. Tots els ingredients emprats s\u00f3n de temporada i de proximitat. Per comen\u00e7ar, s\u2019oferiran tres entrants deliciosos: una croqueta de vedella rostida amb maonesa de llimona verda, una crema especiada de carabassa i coco i una coca de pebres torrats acompanyada de sardina marinada a casa.<\/p>\n<p>De<strong>\u00a0primer plat\u00a0<\/strong>se servir\u00e0 un arr\u00f2s mel\u00f3s de peix roquer, gambes i verdures cruixents de temporada.\u00a0<strong>Seguidament\u00a0<\/strong>es podr\u00e0 tastar una presa de porc lacat amb frit de safarn\u00e0ria i fonoll.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a les\u00a0<strong>postres<\/strong>, la proposta inclou un past\u00eds de formatge de cabra en textures i prunes caramelitzades. El\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa\u00a0<\/strong>tamb\u00e9<strong>\u00a0inclou caf\u00e8, aigua i vi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El preu del men\u00fa de degustaci\u00f3 \u00e9s de 40 euros per persona. El servei est\u00e0 programat per a les 14 hores i es disposa de 25 places disponibles.
