{"id":87861,"date":"2024-03-20T09:24:57","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T08:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=87861"},"modified":"2024-03-20T09:24:57","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T08:24:57","slug":"brenda-lisiotti-nova-xef-executiva-de-son-bunyola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/brenda-lisiotti-nova-xef-executiva-de-son-bunyola","title":{"rendered":"Brenda Lisiotti, nova xef executiva de Son Bunyola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;hotel de 5 estrelles\u00a0<strong>Son Bunyola<\/strong>\u00a0(Banyalbufar, Mallorca), que pertany a la cadena hotelera de luxe Virgin Limited Edition, i propietat de\u00a0<strong>Richard Branson<\/strong>, acaba d&#8217;anunciar el nomenament de\u00a0<strong>Brenda Lisiotti<\/strong>\u00a0com a nova xef executiva de l&#8217;establiment.<\/p>\n<p>Lisiotti, que va participar a l&#8217;obertura de Son Bunyola el 2023, es far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec dels restaurants <strong>Sa Terrassa i Sa Tafona<\/strong>\u00a0(obert durant la temporada alta per als clients de l&#8217;hotel), amb la vocaci\u00f3 de convertir-los en sengles referents de la millor cuina de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuina org\u00e0nica i contempor\u00e0nia de Mallorca<br \/>\n<\/strong>Brenda Lisotti va n\u00e9ixer a Argentina, per\u00f2 va cr\u00e9ixer a It\u00e0lia, on va aprendre a estimar una gastronomia mediterr\u00e0nia, molt similar a la que anys despr\u00e9s va trobar a Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Lisiotti viu a Mallorca des de fa 12 anys, despr\u00e9s de rec\u00f3rrer nombrosos pa\u00efsos com els Estats Units, Pol\u00f2nia i \u00c0ustria; i despr\u00e9s d\u00b4una estada de 4 anys a Eivissa.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e0mbit gastron\u00f2mic, un dels seus principals referents ha estat el xef Michelin Fernando Arellano, amb qui es va formar al restaurant Zaranda de la capital balear, amb qui va aprendre nombroses t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries que l&#8217;han duita a adorar la cuina m\u00e9s contempor\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>Tot plegat ha convertit Brenda Lisiotti en una excepcional xef, que aposta per fusionar els sabors mallorquins m\u00e9s aut\u00e8ntics amb plats molt moderns i absolutament innovadors.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra peculiaritat de la xef executiva de Son Bunyola \u00e9s el seu <strong>comprom\u00eds amb la cuina org\u00e0nica<\/strong>, elaborada amb productes quil\u00f2metre 0 i, molts d&#8217;aquests, cultivats al mateix hort i als jardins extensos de l&#8217;hotel.\u00a0De fet, s\u00f3n 520 hect\u00e0rees les que fan part de Son Bunyola, que al seu dia va ser una de les finques agr\u00edcoles m\u00e9s pr\u00f2speres de la Serra de Tramunta. S&#8217;hi cultiven d&#8217;herbes arom\u00e0tiques, verdures org\u00e0niques de temporada, c\u00edtrics, ametlles, olives, mel i , properament, oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients que Brenda Lisiotti recull di\u00e0riament, i dicten l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 dels plats del dia, segons el que li regala cada temporada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa Terrassa, el nou pl<em>ace to be\u00a0<\/em>del panorama gastron\u00f2mic mallorqu\u00ed<br \/>\n<\/strong>Segons Vincent Padioleau, director gerent de Son Bunyola, \u201cestem encantats que Brenda hagi assumit el paper de xef executiva.
