El cuiner encarregat de comandar els fogons d&#8217;aquest exclusiu establiment del Port d&#8217;Alc\u00fadia \u00e9s el xef\u00a0<strong>Lenin Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, qui explica que la carta ofereix una compinaci\u00f3 de\u00a0cuina italiana, asi\u00e0tica i de sushi.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dels plats s\u00f3n la burrata\u00a0<em>pugliese\u00a0<\/em>amb t\u00e0rtar de tom\u00e0tiga San Marzano, pesto vermell i cruixents de pa amb all,\u00a0<strong>cors de carxofa confitats al caliu amb llesques de parmes\u00e0<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>cebiche\u00a0<\/em>vietnamita de llobarro amb ceba morada, coriandre, mango, alvocat, xili i iuzu. Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu el\u00a0<em>halong bay roll<\/em>\u00a0amb alvocat,\u00a0<em>tobiko\u00a0<\/em>vermell, cibulet, shiso i maionesa de yuzu, cobert amb llam\u00e0ntol bullit i el\u00a0<strong>pad thai amb verdures, pollastre, gambes, ou i cacauets<\/strong>, com tamb\u00e9 els<strong>\u00a0gnocchi gorgonzola amb pera i nous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La carn i el peix tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n plats principals, com ara la<strong>\u00a0picanya d&#8217;angus americ\u00e0 amb patates fregides casolanes<\/strong>\u00a0o el\u00a0<strong>rap a l&#8217;estil indi servit en fulla de banana amb crema de coco, com\u00ed, cacauet i coriandre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De postres, cal destacar el past\u00eds de formatge amb crumble de galeta Lotus i gerds l\u00edquids.
