L&#8217;escenari ser\u00e0 el<strong> restaurant Cuit <\/strong>de <strong>Palma<\/strong>, en el qual <strong>Miquel Calent <\/strong>preparar\u00e0 un men\u00fa maridat amb els vins del celler <strong>Armero i Adrover<\/strong>. La selecci\u00f3 de textos anir\u00e0 a c\u00e0rrec de la Fundaci\u00f3 Mallorca Liter\u00e0ria, que far\u00e0 una tria del poemari <em>Entre el corall i l&#8217;espiga<\/em>, de Bonet.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, els assistents podran fer un tast de creacions amb triple resson\u00e0ncia: la po\u00e8tica, ja que cadascuna de les elaboracions estar\u00e0 basada en un fragment de l\u2019obra de l\u2019escriptor; l\u2019enol\u00f2gica, ja que es tastaran amb cada elaboraci\u00f3 un vi diferent de cellers de la DO Pla i Llevant; i la gastron\u00f2mica, amb creacions del propi xef Miquel Calent en base a la paraula de Blai Bonet.<\/p>\n<p>Els plats que es cuinaran i els vins que s&#8217;hi maridaran s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0nneres torrades amb salsa d&#8217;albercoc, amb el vi Raor 2021 (escum\u00f3s)<\/li>\n<li>Olla podrida de marisc i peix, amb Son Ravell 2023 (vi blanc)<\/li>\n<li>Oblades fregides amb mar i muntanya, amb \u00bfC\u00f3mo? 2022 (vi blanc)<\/li>\n<li>Timbal de vedella amb salsa d&#8217;oruga, amb Collita de Fuits 2021 (vi negre)<\/li>\n<li>Ginebrada amb c\u00edtrics i sorbet de pruna, amb \u00bfD\u00f3nde? 2023 (vi blanc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El preu del men\u00fa complet, amb maridatge incl\u00f2s, \u00e9s de 55 euros.
