Situat a\u00a0<strong>sa Pobla<\/strong>, concretament a l&#8217;hotel The Lodge, de la firma \u00danico Hotels, destaca per una carta de plats fets al foc,\u00a0amb la flama com a element central que acarona el producte local i de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les novetats s\u00f3n els\u00a0<strong>sopars m\u00e0gics entre esp\u00edgol<\/strong>, que se celebren cada\u00a0<strong>dimecres<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, un passeig davant d&#8217;un capvespre de pel\u00b7l\u00edcula culmina amb un men\u00fa (90 euros) que comen\u00e7a a les\u00a0<strong>8 del vespre<\/strong>, que est\u00e0 amenitzat amb suau m\u00fasica en directe, que comen\u00e7a amb degustaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aperitius variats, com ara l&#8217;embotit figatella, formatge, coca de sardines, un plat principal i que finalitza amb unes postres (per triar).<\/p>\n<p>El prestigi\u00f3s xef\u00a0<strong>Ramon Freixa<\/strong>, que t\u00e9 dues\u00a0estrelles Michelin i tres sols Repsol al seu restaurant hom\u00f2nim de Madrid, dins de l&#8217;hotel \u00danico, \u00e9s el responsable de la direcci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica de Singular, que executen els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Mateu Garcias<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Margalida Moy\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De les brases i el caliu de Singular, en surt una exquisida\u00a0<strong>carn<\/strong>\u00a0(com ara la porcella), i els amants del\u00a0<strong>peix<\/strong>\u00a0gaudiran de la gran varietat de la llotja dels ports d&#8217;Alc\u00fadia i de Palma, com el gall de Sant Pere, el moll, el cap-roig i la mundialment coneguda gamba vermella de S\u00f3ller.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels plats\u00a0<strong>principals<\/strong>, cal destacar alguns dels entrants, comen\u00e7ant pel pa casol\u00e0 amb farina de xeixa i mantega fumada, la coca de verat amb tombet i roman\u00ed, l&#8217;amanida de cap-roig amb fonoll i taronges de S\u00f3ller, la banderilla mallorquina o el bunyol de porcella, sobrassada i mel pr\u00f2pia.<\/p>\n<p>Com que el restaurant es troba a\u00a0<strong>sa Pobla<\/strong>\u00a0i dels cultius estrella \u00e9s la\u00a0<strong>patata<\/strong>, aquest tubercle tamb\u00e9 hi \u00e9s ben present com a guarnici\u00f3: parmentier, fregit, gratinat, etc., i tamb\u00e9 hi \u00e9s present un altre dels seus aliments m\u00e9s populars, l&#8217;<strong>arr\u00f2s<\/strong>, que preparen brou\u00f3s, amb porc negre i verduretes a la graella o l&#8217;arr\u00f2s a la llauna amb botifarra, s\u00edpia i gamba vermella.<\/p>\n<p>Singular, finalment, t\u00e9 una selecci\u00f3 \u00e0mplia de\u00a0<strong>postres<\/strong>\u00a0en qu\u00e8 destaca el gat\u00f3 d&#8217;ametlla marcat a la brasa amb gelat de mel de les abelles de la finca, i vins tant de Mallorca com del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El prestigi\u00f3s cuiner Ramon Freixa dirigeix l&#8217;oferta gastron\u00f2mica de l&#8217;establiment<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":89260,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[692,955],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-89230","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat","category-reportatges-i-novetats","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
