El motiu \u00e9s que el cuiner<strong>\u00a0Andrea Migliaccio\u00a0<\/strong>es va traslladar a Mallorca per compartir un men\u00fa amb\u00a0<strong>Javier L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, cap de cuina de l&#8217;hotel<strong>\u00a0Jumeirah Mallorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La cita es va celebrar al\u00a0<strong>restaurant Es Fanals<\/strong>, situat a la part m\u00e9s alta de l&#8217;hotel, i els assistents varen\u00a0poder gaudir d&#8217;un men\u00fa concebut a quatre mans, en el qual s&#8217;ennaltia la cuina tradicional italiana i el producte de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Migliaccio \u00e9s el cap de cuina de l&#8217;hotel Jumeirah Capri Palace i, tamb\u00e9 del Burj Al Arab.
