Es tracta d&#8217;<strong>Amok<\/strong>, un espai d&#8217;oci nocturn, que a m\u00e9s de festes i disj\u00f2queis, aposta per la cuina de qualitat. Per aix\u00f2, despr\u00e9s de la primera setmana d&#8217;obertura, acaba d&#8217;anunciar l&#8217;acord amb el xef<strong>\u00a0Bernab\u00e9 Caravotta<\/strong>, qui hi traslladar\u00e0 el seu restaurant V\u00e0ndal\u00a0<strong>a partir de l&#8217;1 d&#8217;agost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f2sit d&#8217;aquesta experi\u00e8ncia \u00e9s sorprendre els comensals amb una carta tan atrevida com exquisida: una proposta de fusi\u00f3 que combina t\u00e8cniques i sabors del m\u00f3n, dissenyats per satisfer els paladars m\u00e9s exigents i sofisticats. \u201cEls gustos dels nostres plats silenciaran el renou, i les t\u00e8cniques il\u00b7luminaran el vespre. El nostre prop\u00f2sit \u00e9s que la gent s&#8217;emocioni amb el nostre concepte de menjar amb actitud\u201d, afirma Caravotta.<\/p>\n<p>Per aconseguir-ho,\u00a0<strong>Vandal pop-up AM\u00d8K s&#8217;ubicar\u00e0 al primer pis de l&#8217;amfiteatre<\/strong>, una zona elegant de 400 metres quadrats,\u00a0<strong>amb capacitat per a 200 comensals<\/strong>, des de la qual es pot veure la pista de ball d&#8217;Amok, on es podr\u00e0 viure una experi\u00e8ncia plenament immersiva.\u00a0<strong>Obrir\u00e0 de dimecres a diumenge vespre<\/strong>. Des de llavors, no han fet m\u00e9s que\u00a0<strong>sumar bones cr\u00edtiques<\/strong>, tant de la premsa especialitzada com del p\u00fablic.
