La cadena de restaurants xinesa\u00a0Liu\u2019s Hot Pot\u00a0<\/strong>ha inaugurat oficialment el seu restaurant a\u00a0Palma<\/strong>, concretament al\u00a0carrer de l’Arxiduc Llu\u00eds Salvador, 5<\/strong>. Aquesta franqu\u00edcia \u00e9s una de les cadenes de\u00a0hot pot<\/em>\u00a0(olla calenta) m\u00e9s grans del m\u00f3n, amb m\u00e9s de 1.300 locals repartits arreu del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El restaurant es presenta com un espai modern i ampli, gr\u00e0cies a les obres de condicionament que han realitzat des del mes de mar\u00e7. T\u00e9 un equip de 15 empleats, dels quals 10 s\u00f3n a la cuina i 5 al servei de sala, de nacionalitat diferents, com ara xinesa, filipina i espanyola, que treballen per oferir una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica excepcional.<\/p>\n

Durant l’acte d’inauguraci\u00f3, celebrat l’11 de setembre de 2024, el propietari del restaurant,\u00a0Tony Wang<\/strong>, va donar la benvinguda a un centenar d’assistents entre els quals hi havia el batle de Palma,\u00a0Jaime Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, i el president de l’Associaci\u00f3 d’Empresaris Xinesos a les Illes Balears,\u00a0Fang Ji<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Creaci\u00f3 d’un plat solidari
\n<\/strong>En el discurs, Wang va expressar que l’objectiu de Liu’s Hot Pot \u00e9s oferir una experi\u00e8ncia aut\u00e8ntica de la gastronomia xinesa, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 contribuir al benestar social a trav\u00e9s del seu comprom\u00eds amb diverses causes solid\u00e0ries. En aquest sentit, va anunciar la creaci\u00f3 del\u00a0Plat de l’Esperan\u00e7a<\/strong>, una iniciativa en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l’Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola Contra el C\u00e0ncer (AECC), i va explicar que tot all\u00f2 recaptat amb aquest plat\u00a0es destinar\u00e0 a un projecte d’humanitzaci\u00f3 en un hospital de Mallorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durant la inauguraci\u00f3 es varen viure moments molt especials, com ara la tradicional cerim\u00f2nia del tall de cinta que va donar pas a dos espectacles de la cultura xinesa. El primer va ser protagonitzat per un artista de\u00a0bian lian<\/em>\u00a0(canvi de m\u00e0scares), que va sorprendre els presents i que es va moure entre les taules i es canviar de m\u00e0scares de manera inesperada. Despr\u00e9s, hi hagu\u00e9 una impressionant Dansa del Lle\u00f3, executada per quatre joves xinesos que controlaven una criatura engalanada amb pelatge vermell i detalls daurats, que va atreure l’atenci\u00f3 de tots els presents, amb l’objectiu d’atreure la bona fortuna al nou local.<\/p>\n

Sobre Liu’s Hot Pot:
\n<\/strong>Fundada l’any 2000 a Chongqing, Xina, Liu’s Hot Pot ha passat de ser un petit restaurant a convertir-se en una de les cadenes m\u00e9s importants de hot pot al m\u00f3n.
