La boca se&#8217;ns fa aigua just veient les seves propostes. \u00c9s una de les noves incorporacions a la blogosfera de Gastron\u00f2micament amb el seu blog <a title=\"De Plat en Plat\" href=\"http:\/\/deplatenplat.gastronomicament.cat\">De Plat en Plat<\/a> i, tamb\u00e9, el guanyador de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 del mes de setembre del concurs Mossegades, amb\u00a0l&#8217;<a title=\"Entrep\u00e0 de tonyina, anxoves, pebrot i olives\" href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/entrepa-de-tonyina-anxoves-pebrot-i-olives\">entrep\u00e0 de tonyina, anxoves, pebrot i olives<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Eduard Llu\u00eds Palaus\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eduard-llus-palaus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"173\" height=\"295\" \/>No \u00e9s el primer premi que reps, de fet a la teva web ja tens un bon assortiment.\u00a0Qu\u00e8 suposen per a tu tots aquests guardons?<\/strong><br \/>\nSuposen un reconeixement molt gratificant per seguir endavant amb aquesta tasca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T&#8217;has posat alguna fita per assolir?<\/strong><br \/>\nEn premis, sincerament, no. En el tema culinari la meva fita \u00e9s compartir amb tothom les meves experi\u00e8ncies i que els meus amics i seguidors en puguin gaudir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El millor moment per assaborir l&#8217;entrep\u00e0 de tonyina, anxoves, pebrot i olives, guanyador del concurs Mossegades del mes de setembre \u00e9s&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nCrec que es pot gaudir a qualsevol hora del dia, per esmorzar, per dinar, per berenar, per sopar&#8230; \u00e9s un entrep\u00e0 molt fresquet i saludable. Fins i tot, tinc uns amics bacallaners que diuen que \u00e9s el &#8220;seu&#8221; entrep\u00e0 per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;NO POT FALTAR A LA MEVA TAULA L&#8217;OLI D&#8217;OLIVA VERGE EXTRA&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 no pot faltar a la teva taula?<\/strong><br \/>\nUna \u00e9s l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra de bona qualitat. No puc concebir una bona taula ni una bona cuina sense ell. Pel seu aroma i sabor, per les seves propietats&#8230;I no parar\u00e9 de recomanar-ho a tothom. Aix\u00f2 em recorda una an\u00e8cdota d&#8217;una persona que em va dir: Jo per cuinar, faig servir oli del dolent, el bo per les amanides&#8230; I si \u00e9s dolent, per qu\u00e8 l&#8217;utilitzes?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explica&#8217;ns una mica la teva traject\u00f2ria professional culin\u00e0ria.<\/strong><br \/>\nAh, amics meus! Ara ja voleu saber molt de mi&#8230; Hahahaha! Procurar\u00e9 contestar el m\u00e9s breument possible. Tot va comen\u00e7ar de molt petit, la meva mare era una gran cuinera i en el seu restaurant, jo ja preparava amb 9 o 10 anyets, algunes amanides i em dedicava els caps de setmana a vendre gelats (Les propinetes formaven part important del meu inter\u00e8s&#8230;) I sempre em deia: Nen! No et fiquis mai a la cuina! Potser per aquest punt de rebeldia que portem molts nens al damunt, ( I el &#8220;cuquet&#8221; que es porta dins) vaig decidir un dia portar-li la contr\u00e0ria i a partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed, doncs una mica de tot, des de treballar en un Frankfurt a tenir un negoci propi o ser cap de cuina en un reconegut restaurant barcelon\u00ed i un hotel d&#8217;Alella. Fins que vaig haver de deixar la professi\u00f3 per motius de salut. Deixeu-me donar un petit consell als professional del sector: No us deixeu endur pels nervis i l&#8217;estr\u00e8s d&#8217;aquesta feina, treballeu tranquils, aix\u00f2 millorar\u00e0 el vostre rendiment i la vostra qualitat de vida. I aix\u00f2 va tamb\u00e9 per totes les feines.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;LA CUINA \u00c9S UN MITJ\u00c0 DE COMUCICACI\u00d3 MOLT IMPORTANT&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Tot i aix\u00f2, veiem que la teva passi\u00f3 per la gastronomia no ha aturat de cr\u00e8ixer.<\/strong><br \/>\nNi s&#8217;aturar\u00e0! Per a mi la cuina \u00e9s tendresa, es passi\u00f3, \u00e9s amor, \u00e9s poesia&#8230; La cuina \u00e9s un mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3 molt important, heu de pensar que la majoria de relacions entre diferents cultures, comen\u00e7a a la taula. La cuina \u00e9s una de les coses m\u00e9s importants de la meva vida i de la cual seria molt dif\u00edcil despendre&#8217;m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fa poc has arribat als 10.000 fans de Facebook. Com ho penses celebrar?<\/strong><br \/>\nDe moment a casa, vam pendre una ampolleta de cava i tamb\u00e9 vam organitzar un petit concurs d&#8217;ous ferrats entre els nostres seguidors. El que \u00e9s veritablement important no som nosaltres, sin\u00f3 tota la gent que est\u00e0 al nostre costat cada dia. Sense ells tot aix\u00f2 no seria possible. Vull agrair des d&#8217;aqu\u00ed, si m&#8217;ho permeteu, la seva companyia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per cert, com vius l&#8217;entrada a la blogosfera de Gastron\u00f2micament? (punts negatius, punts positius).<\/strong><br \/>\nFant\u00e0sticament! Amb aix\u00f2 ho dic gaire b\u00e9 tot. Estic encantad\u00edssim de formar part d&#8217;aquest projecte tant honest, que per altre banda, fa cr\u00e9ixer el meu prestigi personal, professional i social. I molt agra\u00eft de que em don\u00e9ssiu aquesta oportunitat, al costat de un grapat de bons profesionals i blogaires, com s\u00f3n la Isabel Maria Mestre (<a title=\"De Mel i Sucre\" href=\"http:\/\/demelisucre.gastronomicament.cat\">De Mel i Sucre<\/a>) i la Guida Oliver (<a title=\"Cullerades Dolces\" href=\"http:\/\/culleradesdolces.gastronomicament.cat\">Cullerades Dolces<\/a>). Un punt negatiu? Que aix\u00f2 m&#8217;ha augmentat la feina!
